The American hot dogs were good. Unfortunately I was told that I couldn't get "tenders only" and had to buy the combo meal. So I ended up not buying the tenders. I guess "sonic don't got it" :-)

They charged my card SEVEN TIMES then told me they can’t refund me without a receipt even with me showing them the 7 back to back charges. Then had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I don’t want $225 spent towards SONIC. Don’t do it. Just go somewhere else.

Initially the service was bad because the gentleman taking the order was rude & unfriendly, but the manager on duty (Brandon)came out personally to correct the bad experience. My family and I come to this Sonic frequently and the customer service is usually friendly. Just wanted to leave a review because although it was extremely busy Brandon took time to make sure that we were taken care of.Parking: About 10 to 15 stalls to order from

The food has been okay the last 2 times I’ve been here. There’s been stuff wrong with the order but oh well. Before that, the girl charged me a weird way for my milkshake so it cost more than the menu price but I was tired of trying to tell her the price on the menu in my face. I’ve always been told to pay cash at this location because they will steal your card info and sometimes the way the employees act outside I believe it. Don’t bother calling because the manager on duty will have an attitude and answers the phone like it’s his personal house phone. Won’t confirm that it’s a sonic location. I’ve had so much dissatisfaction with this location that I prefer the McDonald’s across the street.
