Ordered outside at the carport. Ended up having to go inside to see what was taking so long for my order. It was not busy so not sure why the delay. I had my granddaughter with me so this was inconvenient. We had a small order of pretzel bites and a sprite.

The tots, cheese sticks and chicken filets were cooked WAY to long And it tasted like the oil needed to be changed. For the cost I had to pay it was awful. The lady at the window was not very polite. She kept talking to people inside with her headset still connected to the speaker. Probably won't be back.

Went to my local sonic today with separate orders and the cashier was amazing! she was so sweet, patient and kind, even gave me her discount because it was a little over what i had! absolutely amazing and she needs to be recognized!

We went to this Sonic, the person who took my card walked away with it. I thought they were multi tasking, but the next night at 11:00 PM, my card was charged for EA Games online. Don't trust these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night, they added a tip to my son's order without asking him if he wanted to add a tip. This us highly unethical and illegal. He didn't get a paper receipt and the only way he even knew was Square automatically emailed him a receipt and the tip shows up there. What a rip off.

They need a new ice machine or employees that are not so lazy they don't want to fix a bag of ice. Every other time they say they are having issues with the machine and can't fix a bad of ice.
