Not one to review, however, my experience warrants one. Izzy, the new store manager, was accommodating, understanding, welcoming, and enthusiastic - including recommending top tier customizations - to our order. She not only was warm hearted to me but also her staff. Easily the most gracious coffee shop, nevertheless Starbucks, I’ve been to.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves it. I arrived at the Starbucks drive-thru around 6 PM on Sunday the 16th and waited 16 minutes just to get to the ordering speaker. When I finally did, I explained that the last time I ordered a Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino, it tasted like nothing but peppermint ice. I wasn’t being rude just trying to make sure the drink was made correctly this time.
Instead of listening, the barista rattled off the ingredients as if I didn’t know what I ordered. When I said I just wanted it made right, she snapped back asking if I “wanted more flavoring.” I told her no, I just wanted the drink prepared properly. Her rude response: “It’s $7.10.”
Then, after all that, I pulled forward only to wait another five minutes because the barista at the window was busy feeding an entire pup cup to the dog in the truck ahead of me while the rest of us continued to sit and wait. After already being stuck in line for so long, that was completely uncalled for.
This location seriously needs to work on customer service, speed, and professionalism. I should not be spending this much time or money for this kind of experience.
Stopped by to get something seasonal. They told me they were out. That’s no biggie, it happens. But I took a minute to decide a plan B and the barista was audibly huffing and puffing through the drive through speaker. All I wanted was a medium blended blonde coffee with a shot of pumpkin spice flavor. The barista kept correcting me -it’s not blended its frappé, it’s not medium it’s venti. She got mad and had me pull to the window to demand what I mean by blonde, blonde espresso, slow roast etc. all I wanted was a medium blonde blended coffee, with 1 shot of flavors. I thought that was clear. Until I tasted it and it tasted like spoiled milk. I went inside and they said that blending espresso makes it taste weird but that’s what I asked for.it wasn’t tho. A few friends did tell me this location is frequently rude and often messes up orders.

It was so nice and relaxing this June 2025. No LGBQ pride flags everywhere shoved in our faces. Made the visit with my young children more enjoyable.

Went through the drive thru today ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. When the gentlemen gave me the drink I knew it was not going to be right just by the look of the drink. Took a sip of the drink and it was not correct it tasted nothing like the one I normally get in Georgia. This caramel ribbon crunch was covered in light syrup and the one I usually get is covered in dark brown syrup. Went back through the drive thru and informed the gentlemen standing at the window he said no problem we can remake that for you. The young lady came back to the window with my order I could tell she had an attitude gave me my order and said nothing. Pulled out the drive thru and tasted the drink again, still did not taste like a caramel ribbon crunch it tasted like a regular Caramel Frap. I did not go back I called and the young lady who made the drink answered the phone. I told her that the drink was still not correct she said what was wrong with the drink what is missing from the drink I made the drink twice and I followed the directions. I go to inform her what was wrong with the drink and she tells me to let her finish her sentence. I responded back you asked me what was wrong with it. But, first who are you talking to not once did I raise my voice at you or disrespect you so you will not do that to me, I need your name. She handed the phone to someone else. I did not get her name but she was nice and I proceeded to talk to her and she tried to rectify the situation. I informed her of the conversation I had with the young lady who would not give me her name she did inform me that the young ladies name is Lexi (caucasian young lady with strawberry blonde hair). She apologized for the exchange and explained that the young lady had a relative that was ill. I explained to her I understand I am going through the same thing but that does not give her the right to be rude. If she could not separate her personal from her professional then she needed to clock out and go home because I did not deserve to be talk to that way. I understand having to work even when you have sick relatives find her a job in the back filling up salt and pepper shakers and folding napkins not on the floor dealing with customers. I spent $7 for a drink that I did not even get to drink. I could have taken my $7 and scoot on down to Scooters where they're always polite. Use this moment as a teaching moment for Lexi so she will know that yes we all go through difficult times but no one deserves to be disrespected.

With only 1 car in front of me, it still took awhile to order and get my food and drink. Once I did, my ice coffee had NO ice in it, and it didn’t taste like it had hazelnut in it. Then my sandwich was frozen and uneditable!! How hard is it to get a order atleast semi right

Coffee was great, as expected, but the breakfast sandwiches leave a lot to be desired. Not just this particular Starbucks, but each time we have had breakfast on the road from any Starbucks. I think I will pass on them from now on!

I get the impossible breakfast sandwich. I am not really a fan of Starbucks coffee or anything else. Just that sandwich and I go get my coffee from a convenience store across the street or something. I like to make my own coffee. Those squirt liquid creamers are what I try to stay away from. Much too sweet for my liking. Yep, it’s all about me today Starbucks. I have had my sandwich and coffee and I am done with you until next time.
Vegetarian options: Beyond sausage and egg. Cheese is not vegan and I am not sure about the egg. Hell I am not sure about the sausage
