Wanted to try a new sandwich shop. This restaurant was 10/10 the employees were so nice and helpful. The sandwich was delicious.The establishment was clean. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the great experience.

Stopped in on 7/19/24 for lunch. The staff was so nice and the large #19 was one of the best subs I've had in years. My hats off to everyone today and I will be back even if I did drive 50 miles for it. It was worth it. Keep up the great work.

Hours say 10pm close time. Came to pick up subs I ordered online @9:34 pm was told they never got my online order and Said they had already closed up everything and were unable to make my order.

This restaurant has great salads & subs. However, the customer service is really terrible.
For a while you call. There is either no answer it just rings and rings. Otherwise, your placed hold with no greeting. No may i help you or please hold. The plus is they didn't hang up i guess because you can hear all of the conversations going on in the background until they decide to say Hello or greet you. It literally took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. And that's how long I was on hold. when I pulled into the driveway, That's when someone said hello. This is ridiculous.
On top of that, to add insult to injury, I'm watching as the associate gives my food to another customer.
This makes no sense whatsoever.
Let your food match the service that's given. I would normally not write in a review, but because this has happened numerous times this is it.

It has been years since i visited. The food was delicious and the service was good. However, be aware their prices have increased like everywhere else, but they failed to replace the menu board with the new updated prices. Two large salads were almost $ 30. They have been around as a community staples since I was in high school 40 years ago! It is time for a facility upgrade for the local community who supports them, and they deserve it. New paint, new furniture, and upgraded signs on the inside and out can go a long way. You owe it to yourselves and your customers. Would I return? Absolutely, but keep in mind Subway and Firehouse Subs are competitors have a better atmosphere to dine in.

First time customer to the location and of the franchise. Heard about the francise from a close friend, but found it myself on a walk with my siblings that were visiting. My first impressions of the scenery was a quaint local shop, obviously a local gem that most travelers overlook for the nearby subway. My 3 siblings and I were able to order within 2 minutes, then received our 5 sandwichs (2 #13, 1 #4, 1 #19, 1 #20) within 8 minutes. The food was the delicious and pickle on the side recommendation from the chef was as great as it was described to be.

Overall great experience and I fully intend to return with more people.

Vegetarian options: As a sandwich shop, all the sandwiches can be made without protein, but protein alternatives are sparse depending on your proclivities.

Parking: Free parking adjacent and highly proximal to location.

Kid-friendliness: Gave kids free drinks, were very patient with taking their orders and accomodated dietary persuasions.

Wheelchair accessibility: Floor level doorway and accomodating staff.

The food is very satisfying and will make you come back for more, some customer service attitude needs to be work on and the atmosphere is beautiful because when you go in and smell that good salad and sub it makes you wanna eat there more daily and the area is clean and smellls good ill uodate when i notice new

Take way to long to get your food. To much talking and not getting the order out. Need hair nets bad, need to answer the phone when it rings, needs to listen to the customer wants on sandwiches. Needs a new price list board so customer knows what the Prices areNeeds to fix or a new drink machine for customer can serve there selfSince the Covid this place has been going down. The Owner needs to visit this place more often. By the way your employees says you don't come at all and that you send someone else to pick up the money . Needs to be cleaner inside than what it is. The tables at lunch time is dirty, also late afternoon and no one in the restaurant tables are dirtyCLEAN IT UP OR YOU'LL LIST A LOT MORE. The store out at shaw is alot better food and Cleaner. Number 19, 18 and 10. Not on your list at the bottom.

First off, I’m coming from out of state to take my mom shopping and celebrate my daughter’s birthday. My mom wanted a sub. It’s 12 noon and the building looks abandoned. I was going to sit in the car with my small puppy but my two daughters and mom insisted that I come in and help place their orders because they weren’t familiar with substation. I’m not familiar with ordering either I used to just get a salad years ago from Substation 2 on Peach Orchard Rd before the pandemic but I stopped after the pandemic. Walked in and the older white lady took our orders was very nice but the black lady with glasses didn’t speak, wasn’t polite, just walked up while my daughter went to the car to get her change and said to me you can’t be in here with him! Didn’t asked me for any type of service animal verification or anything. So I politely said I’m helping them order because they’ve lost without me and she’s just standing looking at me with a rude stare. I put my puppy in the car and came back inside and my daughter said they want to know what you want on your sub, so the same lady that told me I couldn’t be in the restaurant with my dog ( which is understandable) still looking like she has an attitude, I’m thinking the dog is is the car so what’s the problem??? A third lady said I’m putting the topics on the sub, I proceeded to tell her what I wanted on my tuna sub with no issues then when my 8 yr old ham, turkey, and cheese sub she didn’t know what she wanted but typically from subway gets lettuce, mayo, and mustard.. I started letting her know while talking to my daughter what to put on her sandwich but my daughter changed her mind about first lettuce and then mayo and this lady bout lost it! Saying, I’m about to start over and murmuring under her breath with the same rude dog lady…. I told her it wasn’t that serious to fix it anyway. She finally lets me know it’s a menu with the side items at the end of the counter after my 8 year old got stuck on what to put on her sub. These two women were rude and very unprofessional..I’ve never been in this substation before and will never return. I’ll drive to peach orchard st first. Jealousy is a demon. They both never saw me before and decided to judge me and treat me rude for no reason. However they were nice to my mom and oldest daughter but me no! Food was decent. But the customer service is not worth coming back!
