Just paid $17.41 after tax and tip for the absolute worst cheesesteak sandwich I've ever had. Placed my order online. Showed up when it told me to and still wasn't ready. When I got my food I could feel through the bag that it wasn't hot. Not sure how the cheesesteak here is normally made but it seemed that the meat and cheese were microwaved and then thrown on top of some raw peppers and onions. I asked for salt, pepper and oregano but the gray looking meat had no flavor. Disappointing because I used to love this place. Can't justify that price these daysfor less than mediocre food.

After reading the reviews I decided to go for lunch. Employees were excellent. Sandwich was exactly as ordered. Found a new place for subs. Best sub restaurant in town. Highly recommend!! Didn’t have ONE single issue with the food or the employees.

Nasty manager and they are liars. I ordered a salad got home lettuce was old. Was told to come back and she claimed it’s nothing she can do about it. Better check your food before you leave because they don’t keep their word.. last trip there..

Absolutely love their sandwiches. There isn't any sub place that can compete in the area in my personal opinion. Kudos to the newer employee, she is very positive and happy going. All the employees are kind, and you really can't ask for much more. Unless it was a free sammy lol.

After getting my food, I went to the men’s bathroom to wash my hands. While washing my hands, I noticed that the room smelled strongly of vomit. As I turned to leave, I saw that it was all over the floor. When I stepped out to close the bathroom door, I realized it was also smeared all over the door.
I immediately went to the service counter and informed the staff that the bathroom needed to be cleaned right away. However, they did not take immediate action—it took them 20 minutes to address the issue.
This experience left a terrible impression, and I’ve marked this place as a no-go.
