Jeremiah was NOT a bullfrog, I repeat: we have been told wrong all these years!!! Cause Jeremiah at the Broad Street Subway is an absolute rockstar! He was alone, with no backup, and he tactically handled all the customers like they were his own family on a Sunday wanting his amazing culinary expertise to make something we all crave: an Italian on flat bread. Jeremiah, this town needs you. We want more of you, but until you can clone more of you, we salute you and we adore you. This man needs a statue (and a raise)! My family was in tonight (10/10/2025) around 1900hrs, and you made their day with your customer service skills. Well done, young man.

I went to Subway yesterday the bread was hard vegetables rotten treated very disrespectfully when I asked it for a refund the manager threatened to have the cops called on me because I was causing a scene when I was the only person in there, I'm 51 and never in my life I've even treated like that and disrespected by a manager who look like she was 18 years old, all I wanted was a refund

The Man serving us (Julius?) was extremely polite and helpful, However, the store itself was in complete disarray. Most of the drink machine options where out of order, except for the Dr.Pepper, which came out in chunks and tasted like Pennies/blood. The drink cooler was empty, and most of the options in the sub toppings bar were empty. The store has the old school subway decor which is awesome so it sucks that its dirty/dusty. Overall I wouldn't come back until it cleaned up. I feel bad for the guy behind the counter.

Tried broad street out and remembered why i stick to the subway on mcrays mill ! I asked for extra oil and vinegar and they put ONE line of each on . I don’t know if they purposely and blatantly go against customers requests or just don’t pay attention either way will not be coming back to this location ! And will be warning others about this subway .

My first time visiting this location and the customer service received from the lady with the braids was great. I will definitely stop here again when I'm in the area.
The workers were very fast to NOT serve us correctly. They had their headphones in and didn't pay attention to our order. We were the only customers in line, so they weren't busy. Half of their items were "unavailable" and the workers paid no attention to what we actually asked for in our order. Was not impressed. Will not be returning to this Subway restaurant. Do not recommend.

They refused to make my food and said my money would come back to my account. Then they just waved me off. Won’t be going back to subway.
