The service and food were great. The staff was very friendly and were very quick. The facilities however were deplorable condition. The air condition was in possible disrepair. The temperature was 82 degrees. The thermostat was set to 72. The floors were dirty and the bathroom looked had possibly been not cleaned in days.

The sandwich was okay but not toasted enough at all because they toasted both sandwiches and the nachos all at the same time, drink options are terrible, the nachos were pathetic compared to the promotional poster just a single bag of Doritos cheese onions? For some reason and didn't really ask what we wanted on it just threw whatever he wanted on it

When I pay over 40.00 for three subs I expect good service but that isn't what I received. Every time we go to this subway we always get the same service; they are rude and have dismissive attitudes toward customers. The renovations are nice but if your workers don't want to be there, it was pointless. I guess we will have to go out of our way to the other subway location in Sumter.

4 times over several months yeah, I’ve been unable to order anything because they are out every single time whether they have absolutely no bread or they have no meatballs, As somebody who’s working a subway before, I cannot wrap my head around why this location is out of stock so often

Well, the remodel looks good but what's the point when you still have the laziest people for employees. If you don't want to work there, then leave and find a job you will work. Show pride in where you work, no matter what the work is you're doing. Then again, some folks wouldn't even eat at a pie eating factory.

They took out the nice seating and replaced it with cramped, cheap booths. It feels very confined and unwelcoming.. food was good, servers seemed overwhelmed as two people had to handle food preparation, guests, drive through and register. Subway can do better!

I felt rushed. The employee I interacted with seemed like they were just trying to get me out of the store. There was no care into how my sandwich was made. The food was just thrown on the bread. For them to be “Sandwich Artist”, there was no artistry done with my sandwich! I could barely eat my sandwich because all the food fell out of the back. I never have this problem when I go to other Subways in Sumter. It’s just this one. It’ll be a long time before I go back to the one on 15 again. I’ll stick to the other ones. As a former Subway employee, I’m very disappointed with the service that I received today. I expected better.

No chicken of any kind. No foot long chocolate chip cookie even available to purchase. No churro either as they offer but none available. This place was so bad, the male in there was stone face and impolite. The female spoke as to what all they didnt have and that wasnit!! Very, very sad place to stop and want food. All in all....just bad!! Left without a thing...not one.

We all love Subway in my home! Best subs & oatmeal raisin cookies around. Just wish they were open later like they used to be & that they took call in orders still. The app does not offer enough options to get my subs fixed like we get them fixed in person.

They do not accept their own coupons! Franchise or not they should honor them or stop sending them to our zip code! That's a shame!

I do truly, truly believe that whomever owns or is franchising this establishment need to hire people that represent Subway better. This place is HORRIBLE, you hear me HORRIBLE, there was ONE car in front of me...and I heard the lady order two easy to make sandwiches....in line for 35 minutes...no lie!!!! Couldn't back out as there were cars forming behind me...Mr. Owner, you will never make your full profit at this location at the rate it's going ..

I think I ordered the number 17 or something. It was a roast beef. I got a chicken bacon ranch no matter how many times I tried to tell the idiot that was working behind the counter what I wanted and I questioned him. He kept telling me he knew what he was doing that he knew what I ordered. I ordered a roast beef with provolone cheese and I got a chicken bacon ranch. I wouldn't suggest subway if you were starving
