The nachos were tasty but needs more cheese. But I’m a big cheese lover. The sliders were delicious love the bbq sauce. The beers are made on site. Our bartender Travis made sure our glass didn’t go empty and our food was served quickly. Grey Scholar made sure we felt at home. We ordered a flight of beer, very tasty. Great place to hang and play pool, ping pong or darts. Lots of room for the family to enjoy a great meal and bring your puppy. The only reason we gave the brewery a 4 star is they do not give a military discount. We hope to go back next time we pass their way. This trip the staff were not friendly at all and we had to pay before we even tried the food. The food was not as good. I don’t think we will come back again. Beer is good but good beer is not enough.

I was lucky to snag the last ticket for a recent brewery tour, and it did not disappoint! The staff was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the brewing process. It was inspiring to see local talent being nurtured in such a great environment. After the tour, we enjoyed a fantastic meal of pub food. Highly recommend the experience!

The atmosphere was great, but the food was not. Our gyros were cold and had about half the portion of meat you'd normally get. I don't think the pita was even heated up before they served it. I left hungry and had to go get more food somewhere else. So disappointing! This place has so much potential!
Edit: I added 2 stars. We went back again after someone told us that they have pool/ pingpong/foosball tables upstairs. It was actually a pretty great place to go play games and hang out. (Not a good restaurant, but a good hang out place. Pretzels and cheese curds were prepared well.).

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered the cheese curds along with our beverages. Being a native Wisconsinite I was curious to see how they'd compare to the dairy state. I'm pleased to say they were perfect, nice breading and a gooey cheesy stretchy center!
My favorite place in town. Good beer, good food, friendly staff, nice architecture, spacious, dog friendly (rooftop), and good vibes.

Went for the Halloween trivia tonight with my friends & im super nitpicky about my chicken wings. There’s were literally amazing! Cooked perfect & seasoned so well. The pineapple beer they had was great & the service is always awesome.

We come here for Oktoberfest and have a great time. This bar is really nice. There is games to play, food to eat, and plenty of beer to drink. I could see being here all the time if I lived up here.
