Food was messed up horribly. Ordered 3 crunchy supreme tacos with hot sauce and a drink, and got 3 soft supreme tacos without sauce and had to go back to get the drink. Didn't realize the food was wrong until I got home.

I usually do not see a lot of traffic at this location at lunch time. There is a reason. Attendants are bothered to be there, rude to everyone just for the sake of it and the food is awful. The Rice is undercooked, the meat overcooked and dry. I see from other reviews this is a habit. These people do not care and that is not the kind of person you want cooking or handling your food. Do not go here. Period.

Apparently in order to pick up two mobile orders from the drive through you have to pull through the drive through twice. Any other fast food establishment is able to accommodate this but apparently the staff at this location can’t. Not sure if it’s an intelligence issue or laziness issue. Regardless, outside this idiotic situation I found myself in the food is ALWAYS hit or miss. I live about 5-10 minutes from this location and in order to get accurate and quality food (at the standard Taco Bell level of course) I have to drive 15-20 minutes across town to another location. At this point I don’t even see why this locations exists. If it’s not closed at random hours it’s blatantly screwing up orders. Let alone the lack of customer service.

Manager on shift was Tawtianna D. Went here on 7/3/2025 and placed an order at the kiosk, a lady comes up and tells me they don’t have tortillas for quesadillas and burritos which is absurd for a taco place so I was visibly upset. I requested a refund and the lady wants to go and gossip to her coworkers i had an attitude.

This Taco Bell needs to be shut down or needs a new Store manager. Service sucks didn't even get a welcome to taco bell when we entered. They were too busy talking and on the phone. Sat our cups on the counter without even informing us that they were ours. Then food was disgusting and no meat at all on the tacos. Waited until we paid for our food to say they were out of all sauces except that extra hot mess. First and last time at this location. I should've checked the reviews first 🤢😡😡🤬

It was most the drive thru individual at 4:50p., right when it seemed to get decent it turned back. Gave our order at the mic., got pulled up for her to try to actually take the order at the window and she tried getting an attitude about something that has been ordered by me over 10+ times going there telling me it’s not there by the way it was the LuxBox. Had to just even say “you know forget it your customer service is terrible,” I know even the workers standing near her won’t care and the reviews hardly matter but they should matter more and please get people who know customer service.
