Food wasn't great at all, Service was terrible because they didn't have any mild sauce, sweet tea or punch. Very playful employees .

Manager on shift was Tawtianna D. Went here on 7/3/2025 and placed an order at the kiosk, a lady comes up and tells me they don’t have tortillas for quesadillas and burritos which is absurd for a taco place so I was visibly upset. I requested a refund and the lady wants to go and gossip to her coworkers i had an attitude.

This Taco Bell needs to be shut down or needs a new Store manager. Service sucks didn't even get a welcome to taco bell when we entered. They were too busy talking and on the phone. Sat our cups on the counter without even informing us that they were ours. Then food was disgusting and no meat at all on the tacos. Waited until we paid for our food to say they were out of all sauces except that extra hot mess. First and last time at this location. I should've checked the reviews first 🤢😡😡🤬

It was most the drive thru individual at 4:50p., right when it seemed to get decent it turned back. Gave our order at the mic., got pulled up for her to try to actually take the order at the window and she tried getting an attitude about something that has been ordered by me over 10+ times going there telling me it’s not there by the way it was the LuxBox. Had to just even say “you know forget it your customer service is terrible,” I know even the workers standing near her won’t care and the reviews hardly matter but they should matter more and please get people who know customer service.

Food was cold, chicken bowl was disgusting, and rice was hard. I am currently picking hard rice out of my teeth. Workers ignored me. They seemed numbed not good customer service!

The place is terrible. Weed residue on the baby station in the restroom. The staff have “boyfriends” in the lobby. They are rude and unprofessional

It was at least 80in the lobby. Employees also has no respect or consideration for the customer’s no wonder the parking lot is empty !!! I should’ve known better

This location is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes, I have absolutely no issues, and then sometimes I have a hard time figuring out how they are still open. I've had missing items, food made incorrectly, food made below standards (barely any nacho fries). The ingredients inside of a burrito should be LAYERED, not each ingredient side by side, I don't want to take a bite of just sauce. I've experienced burnt chicken, burnt or just dried out crunchy rice, below standard portions, and more. I really don't understand why they have such a difficult time keeping sodas in stock when no other restaurant has an issue.

Horrible customer service via the drive thru. Ordered over $60 thru the drive thru and wasn’t given any sauce. Poor service, wrong items in the bag. You had 1 job.
