This location is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes, I have absolutely no issues, and then sometimes I have a hard time figuring out how they are still open. I've had missing items, food made incorrectly, food made below standards (barely any nacho fries). The ingredients inside of a burrito should be LAYERED, not each ingredient side by side, I don't want to take a bite of just sauce. I've experienced burnt chicken, burnt or just dried out crunchy rice, below standard...

I was given a sack of food, told it was my order, so I drove off. It WAS NOT MY ORDER. I went back to ask for my order and they said I drove off but had the two boxes and gave them to me

They always get my order right here. Thursday night I accidently ordered a taco party pack half crunchy half soft when I meant for the entire thing to be soft tacos. Even though they had already prepared my order, they adjusted it for me and we're so kind. Always has kind customer service here and I really appreciated them going out of their way to fix my mistake.
