I order my food and I did not get a burrito that I ordered. I told one of the employee that I didn’t get my 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. So I waited and waited and I had my receipt to prove to them I order it with no sour cream and they wanted to give me the one with sour cream and I told them I order one with out it and I told them I would show them what I ordered and they wanted to roll there eyes and get and attitude with me. Plus there cinnamon twist taste very plain did not have no cinnamon on it no manger was there or if one there wasn’t available and crew members were playing around the restroom and not working and having there friend to come in there to distract them while they was making food.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered thru the app, gave them my order number, and they claimed my order was not pulling up...even with showing them the screenshot. Finally they said to come in, not sure if they were mad or not but the food they gave me showed they felt some type of way... absolutely terrible! Never ever again!

customer service is really terrible. the employees are almost always rude and/or giving customers and dashers dirty looks.
Not satisfied, I had a mobile order and a very simple order. I received the wrong drink and the cinnamon twist weren't tasteful at all(NOT ENOUGH CINNAMON N SUGAR) If they were out of what I ordered they could've told me.Im not picky so I just kept whatever it was.

This place is a joke honestly none of the staff will even talk to you and when finally when you get one’s attention they just stare at you and not even say anything and immediately get the manager to talk to you but the manager is the only person actually doing something like this is disappointing like the food was fine I guess it was cold had to wait a hour and a half for two tacos like what are you killing the cow out there? Like most of the employees are on there phones when I literally watched a staff pull out a burnt crunch wrap because he was on his phone the staff just need to burn down this place already it’ll be a favor to the world at this point
