Update, I ordered for the family again because I received a refund from the previous review so it was free... still a freaking mistake. The food was messed up so bad it was comical. It had to be intentionally done. Made the mistake of asking for no beans on a few items so of course I had extra beans on everything. I honestly love Taco Bell but this one needs to be shut down. Do better
Employees have an attitude and refused to help me not understanding I did not order my food through DoorDash but the Taco Bell app. I was told it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I ordered over $100 in food for 7 people and half the order was missing. This is ridiculous and they are delusional if they think this is okay. I also would like to add that the woman who answered the phone claimed to be the store manager but refused to give her name. She stated the district manager was there but refused to let me talk to them stating I'm going to have to come into the store to speak with them.

Supreme tacos were good but the bean burrito was eeh. Beans were so thick I couldn't eat it and it didn't have any sauce or cheese.

I would rate it lower if possible. Have had very inconsistent service and it took a major turn for the worse when I had horrible customer service from the “manager “ when dealing with a huge amount of our order missing. No refund was ever given and no food was replaced. I love Taco Bell food but honestly they have repeatedly given horrible experiences for my family and after a huge debacle where food wasn’t replaced or money refunded (it was 100$) it is time to find a different option for takeout night for my family.

I’ve never felt the need to give a bad review on anything. But I’ve NEVER had a worse experience than eating here. The food is cold and disgusting, the staff seem to not give a crap about anything, and I’m pretty sure they violate some health code since I got food poisoning. If you have any common sense, do not eat here.
The manager Brandy is amazing! Great customer service and an amazing attitude. It’s the small things/details that shows when someone cares about their job and customers; and she was a perfect example of just that! Thank you so much Brandy!

They had to park 4 cars from the drive-thru because they couldn't make the food on time, and I put mine in through the app 30 minutes before I got there.
The food I got was cold in the center. I won't go back to this store.

Customer service is a negative but I ordered a Mexican pizza and can’t tell from looking if it was beans, ground beef or both?!? but it’s just REALLY dried beans 🤢🤮 no tomatoes no nothing…. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
