Hubby & I went against our better judgement last night and decided to get Taco Bell. For what we paid, the food was absolutely ridiculous (Over $30). There was maybe a teaspoon of the meet a couple sprinkles of cheese & like 3 pieces of lettuce, per taco. There was maybe 5 chips in his nacho chips side order & the chalupas were dressed as slack as the tacos.

The worst taco bell ever. Disrespectful workers. Every time I walk in they are fighting or cursing each other out. Laughing about people's orders they refuse to make. Its down right ridiculous and I hope yalls manager fires all of you Disrespectful brats

Teh grands i wanted to go to Taco Bell one likes quesadillas. The other likes them. The crunchy, tacos, everything was good. Customer service was great. The place was very clean, not real cold.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten. I’ve been in 3 times over the past 6 months. The food isn’t made properly. Quesadillas with no sauce and 3 pieces of chicken, 5 layer burritos with 2 layers, and tacos that aren’t fit to eat. If you modify any item it won’t happen. All 3 trips no Baja blast. Once no nacho cheese and once no beans? This place is besmirching the Taco Bell name. Corporate should shut it down.

If you’re ever feeling too happy and need to be humbled quickly, just swing by the Taco Bell on McCrays Mill Road. Seriously, it’s like an instant reality check.
The staff here are so incompetent that asking for napkins and sauce apparently translates to absolutely nothing in their language. Want fresh food? Keep dreaming. Every taco looks like it was assembled by a blindfolded toddler on a roller coaster.
Honestly, I think this is the worst Taco Bell in America. I’m not even mad anymore – it’s become comedic relief in my life. Each time I leave, I feel like I just survived a social experiment testing my patience and will to live.
If you want cold food, no napkins, no sauce, and a free existential crisis with your Crunchwrap, this is your spot. Otherwise, run far, far away.
I ordered two bean burritos but instead was given two chicken burritos. The receipt showed my correct order but what I received was wrong. I didn't notice anything until i got home and started eating my food. I can understand if this mistake happened during a busy time of the day but it was late at night and only myself and one other car were in the drive thru. In addition to getting the wrong order my food was also not warm at all. Hopefully management will do a better job and instruct the employees to put more care into getting customers order correct. I hope this location improves but in the meantime I won't be coming back to this store because I feel like I would be throwing the money that I worked for into the garbage.

Not a great place for food and cleanliness. Thisplace used to be really good afternoon opening, but has gone downhill. Food is, ok, cleaning needs to be addressed, customer service is not the greatest. They are out of something or things every time we go there now. Not one that I would recommend

I love how I can ask for something complicated (for taco bell, be realistic) like add onions to a quesadilla and you get that right, but can't be bothered to put taco bell sauce in the bag. Second time. It says it ON THE ORDER, ffs

Jeez Louise I keep forgetting how absolutely garbage this Taco Bell is. For some reason the employees who literally **make the food** don’t know names, order numbers, or even where the order was placed, which is weird. You’re practically forced to order on the kiosk, which may explain why the employees know nothing about your order information. When you need the attention of an employee, prepare to wait at least 3-5 business days for them to even acknowledge your presence. The quality of the food has to be the worst quality of all three Taco Bell locations in Sumter. The quality of the food is constantly trash, and every single time I come here I have at least one item missing. It’s almost impressive how even after a full year since my last negative experience, they still haven’t changed, I have to applaud you guys. There’s literally any other Taco Bell to go to.
