Jeez Louise I keep forgetting how absolutely garbage this Taco Bell is. For some reason the employees who literally **make the food** don’t know names, order numbers, or even where the order was placed, which is weird. You’re practically forced to order on the kiosk, which may explain why the employees know nothing about your order information. When you need the attention of an employee, prepare to wait at least 3-5 business days for them to even acknowledge your presence. The quality of the food has to be the worst quality of all three Taco Bell locations in Sumter. The quality of the food is constantly trash, and every single time I come here I have at least one item missing. It’s almost impressive how even after a full year since my last negative experience, they still haven’t changed, I have to applaud you guys. There’s literally any other Taco Bell to go to.

As someone who is a teenager in the workforce, even I am telling you that this business needs to stop hiring under qualified teenagers. Every single time i go here, they are always laughing and playing and ignoring people who are waiting. Also, no matter when I go, the chalupa thing is apparently always broken. The customer service here is terrible. The managers really need to do something, yall have a 2.7 rating for a reason.

This place was horrible. Waited 15 minutes with nobody inside and my burrito was burnt on the bottom. The 3 soft tacos we ordered had sour cream on them which we did not order.

Lied about the fryer being down and then didn't want to refund the order. Have had several other issues where the food is wrong, missing items or takes an extremely long time to receive order.
This Taco Bell NEVER has Baja blast and their fryers are always down. I just waited 20 minutes to get my food I should have just drove to cookout. Chips are stale, cashiers have no manners. Service is just overall TERRIBLE. take your business somewhere else unless you don’t mind all of this ..
