The rolled ice cream was good. However the tea was just milk with added color the powder was still at the bottom of all the drinks my girls ordered mango and strawberry Boba neither tasted like mango or strawberry. I spent 50 & even tipped 10. Will not be back for the vibes alone. We absolutely loved it the 1st time we went it was a lady with black hair that made our boba I'm not sure if ownership changed or employees but yesterday was a terrible experience besides the rolled icrecream!

Cute little spot. Very friendly staff. Not my favorite, but nice enough to check it out and try something new. I got a classic Thai tea, which more of milk tea, but it was nice. And I tried the Thai tea ice cream rolls. Never had ice cream rolls before, tastes like freezer burnt ice cream to me, sadly. But that’s just me. Definitely try it out if you like boba drinks and want to try some place new.

If you want nothing but sugar and milk this is your place. Ordered 2 classic Thai tees. Can't taste the tea at all. This is one of my favorite drinks ever but not from this place. Way way too sweet. I literally feel like I am drinking simple syrup. So nasty.

The rolled ice cream is very hit or miss. It really depends on who’s making it. Some days are perfect, others a little gritty but still good and occasionally the rolls crumble but the taste is okay. Today was a miss all around taste and visually. Not only did the matcha taste like watered down milk but there weren’t any rolls. Just crumbles of pale green icy milk with a faint after taste of something sour.

I've had Nutella N Chill rolled ice cream, rainbow crepe cakes and boba from Thai Tea and each item has been so delicious for healing a sweet tooth for the day. The service is made to order and the servers are the front are knowledgeable on all the items on the menu and are always friendly and willing to help for suggestions. The atmosphere is relaxing and there are ample amounts of games and puzzles throughout the cafe to play. Perfect spot for a friendly meetup or a good after day treat for lovers.

Personally a big fan of Thai and Chai and this shop sure does have plenty of it in so many options whether hot, iced, frozen, with boba or a smoothie they’ve got it. They also have ice cream. They’ve got great treats. Plenty of culture and quality within the store. Great staff, decent prices. They do offer a military discount. In my time in Sumter I visited what seemed like every other day. Also they have a cream cheese foam they can put on top of anything and it’s just beyond sweet and delicious. Not found everywhere. Super clean and up to date.

I sat at the window for about 15 mins there was a girl who legit was standing off to the side talking to someone. She made eye contact with me and everything and then turned her back.. now it’s been a few since I came here so maybe that’s the new policy or something but like… she legit looked at me.. if they weren’t taking orders or something I wish she would have said something. Now ik what you’re thinking. You’re probably thinking I got there late… no it was 5:30pm I sat there till about 5:48 because I really wanted that tea.. again it’s not like she didn’t know I was here she legit looked at me. I was shook, they are usually nice. I just drove off. It’s sad I really liked this place. Like why wouldn’t you just open the window or have a note or something saying you can’t take orders because that’s the only reason I can think of her not even coming to the window. Even then!! I’m so confused.. I really like this place.. I don’t want to have to find a new place but that really kind of made me upset.Original review:Best place hands down! I always get the butterfly pea tea!
