I have been to this location maybe 4 to 5 times. Its been good every time. But breakfast was my favorite! The service was good! Only issue I had both times for breakfast is once I got my food, they kinda forgot about refilling our drinks. I struggled to get their attention. But other than that minor issue, the food was very good! Perfect breakfast!

First time at a Waffle House, and unfortunately, it left a lasting impression—for all the wrong reasons. I came here late at night with some friends and was honestly shocked by the state of the kitchen. It was visibly unsanitary, and I even saw cockroaches. While the waiter was kind and doing their best, the overall cleanliness (or lack thereof) made it impossible for me to eat. It was a deeply uncomfortable experience that I wouldn’t want to repeat.

Absolutely horrible, 1 I waited for over 2hours on two grits bowls and one hassbrown bowl. 2 they ignored me twice while waiting at the window and they only focused on the online orders that were placed after me, I wanted a refund but it was this or nothing, I will never eat here a again rude service not worth the price I paid.

First and only WH I've ever had a burnt waffle. 🥳
They're busy, sure... but no greetings, no check in, got the waffle wrong and the underside was almost black from being burnt and left open in the iron, no teamwork and everything was overcooked so much it was tough.

Easily the better of the two locations in Sumter. Staff are affable, polite, and speedy. The food is reliably good, but every once in a while the cook lets you down. This location could use some updating, it's obviously taken a beating over the years. Sometimes it doesn't feel that clean, even for a busy diner. Overall we enjoy going as a family to enjoy our favorite food and engaging with the staff.
