I had a tooth broken by their steak. I ordered steak and eggs to go about 3 am a couple weeks ago. I was so excited. I was so hungry. I dont do much take out because I cant afford it. I immediately broke a tooth chewing the 2nd bite of tough steak. Now that overpriced breakfast has ruined everything. No dental insurance. Cant smile at people. Hiding because im ashamed. Skip this place. 20 bucks for breakfast may ruin your existance

The food was really great and our soup was really sweet, but there is a woman that works in their name Melody and she was really rude to all the other servers. I think she was a manager, but she literally hit one of the servers in there and was yelling at the girl at the cash register and we were waiting for 10 minutes for her to stop fussing to get us checked out #firemelody

If you want to get waited on, good luck. They have 4 cooks and one waitress and the only available tables are covered with leftover food they haven’t cleaned off yet. Sat there for 15 mins and never got waited on, no one ever came to clean off the table. I got up and left and went somewhere else.

First visit at the New store, first thought was, it smells new compared to the other two in Sumter lol, they did mess up my order, she apologized and said ill get it right next time. OK but what if I never come back, ill stick with my crew near Walmart, and all my regulars at 7am, you know who you are.

The Mad Hatter
One of the best waffle houses in the area by far. It was very clean when we walked in, and even though they were packed we were seated pretty quickly and our food came out very fast. Everything was delicious, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We got the all star meal and it was so good. Can't wait to come back to this spot, this will be a regular for me every time I'm in Sumter.

Took grands. Had to wait for a booth. Cold as usual. Or was okay. No complaints. Kids would have rather went some where else. Their eggs too don't. Waffles good. Don't ask for cheese grits: you get the grits with 2 slices of cheese on top. Plenty of parking
