Just go to a Wendy's in another town. This location and the one on Broad Street are horrible. Employee's using bad language in front of customers, the employees seem annoyed with everything you do, and the food is mediocre. Watched a cashier take an order while talking on her cellphone. Everybody seems like they have a horrible attitude.

I do not go to Wendy's much as their food has went downhill over the years.
Was there recently and paid almost $25 for 2 Single Meals.
The burger was so much smaller than what it used to be. It is almost a kid's burger at this point.

Terrible service.... They're messed up for two for $7 Dave's Single Burgers..... So I got my money back and never ever come back again.... They're moving way to slow.... And no apologies.....🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

The shift who working 01/09/2025 , the food was not fresh, or set out to long. They recommended the 2 for 7 and the food wasn’t fresh. Got the nerves get mad when you asked for ketchup. Fast food restaurants have to do better.

So I am hearing that the Wendy’s on Hampton St. is under New Management? Well out of Curiosity because I have been hearing that stuff has changed at this location I wanted and the customer service has improved I had to go see for myself. I can truly say that my visit yesterday was extremely delightful. I went to the drive-thru and was greeted nicely and my order was taken and was I was not rushed. The best experience was to get to the window to pay and get my food and was greeted by a young lady with cool glasses on by the name of Chyna later to find out that she is the GM of the store! She was very bubbling and made sure I left the drive-thru with a smile on my face. When I got back to my job I was telling my staff this made my day. Now I can start going back to this location and not having to go all the way to broad St. to get my food! I don’t know if her boss will see this but you all made a great Choice and I hope she keep the service that way! Now night shift needs a little work but I have faith it’s going to be better. When you go to get food from here ask for Chyna she’s the best.

The drive thru at this location has to be the worst in town. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance to get my order wrong. They are slow going all the time and busy hours really through them out of sync. It would probably help if they actually use both drive up windows like it was designed for. If the management team don't care and could care less about customer service, then everyone else working under them will be the exact same way. It all starts at the top, and if they don't take things serious then nobody else will.

I DoorDash from here mostly and service is always slow there’s the same 2 black girls who’ll always look right through you and continue doing whatever they were doing without a hello, be with you in a minute then take 3 other drive thru orders before acknowledging you. However yesterday my sister wanted to eat a salad I got a chili, I found something very mill worm like in the chili and I went to ask the manager all he said was it wasn’t a worm. I am continuing to escalate this complaint because I think after he saw it instead of putting his finger in my food he should’ve just offered a refund, he did not.

There were no costumers inside when I arrived. So therefore, my order should have never been wrong. I ordered #3 off the breakfast menu without cheese. So it should have only been bacon and egg on my sandwich. But when I got my order, not only was it the wrong sandwich with bacon, sausage, and egg. It also had cheese on it. The workers in this establishment are more excited about the latest street news etc. They are constantly on their personal phones and not waiting on the customers as they should be. They are constantly cursing and carrying on like they are outside. Actually food was a 0 and the services was a -0.
