Took 40 minutes to receive an online order we placed and the employees were severely lacking in customer service. Sat at the drive thru with no movement for over 10 minutes. Oh and they gave me the wrong meal! What a waste of time.

Got 3 biggie bags and 2 orders of spicy nuggets .. they dropped the spicy nuggets FRESH .. ALL of my other food was OLD!!! YOU COULD TELL BY LOOKING AT IT! .. Never again will I visit here after having to wait over 15 minutes for my order .. ALL the food should have been fresh dammit!

I went through drive-thru and when I got up to the speaker, instantly it was horrible service. The person taking my order was very hard to hear, sounded like she didn’t want to be there and even after repeating my order I still got the wrong sauce flavor on my nuggets. I purchased the 20 piece buffalo hot nuggets and when I got home I opened a bowl full of BBQ nuggets. I called the location to let them know and to see if I’d be able to drive back the 15 minutes to get the correct sauce and the lady (who ended up being the manager on shift) was trying to argue with me about what flavor I asked for. I know what I asked for. And if your employee decided that that day she was going to do whatever she wanted then that’s on you, miss manager of the month. But you as a manager, need to make things right WITHOUT arguing with the customer. Anyway, I drove my happy ass back to Wendy’s to get what I initially ordered and when I got there the rudeness continued. I wanted to replace my WHOLE order (fries and nuggets) for something fresh and apparently that was too much to ask for?? She did it, obviously, but it came with a side of unnecessary attitude. Mind you, I hadn’t taken not one bite from the food that I was given. It was alllll being given back.
Needless to say, I will not be GOING OUT OF MY WAY to return to this location. 👎🏼

I think the sandwich at the nearby fast casual restaurants offer much better quality burgers, but if you're on the go, Wendy's is still a reliable staple.

Just go to a Wendy's in another town. This location and the one on Broad Street are horrible. Employee's using bad language in front of customers, the employees seem annoyed with everything you do, and the food is mediocre. Watched a cashier take an order while talking on her cellphone. Everybody seems like they have a horrible attitude.

I do not go to Wendy's much as their food has went downhill over the years.
Was there recently and paid almost $25 for 2 Single Meals.
The burger was so much smaller than what it used to be. It is almost a kid's burger at this point.
