I ordered a steak meal and my appetizer was wings. My wings came out in 10 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes for my steak. I started asking about my steak order. Once i seen the guest that were seated across from me got theirs immediately after ordering with in 10 minutes. My waitress wouldn’t remove the used napkins and dishes. I placed all my dishes to the front of the table she reached over the stacked cups and grabbed the plates. She was nice but she spent more time with the people i assume she related to more. I asked her for the ticket and I told her to cancel the steak meal. The manager came out and I told her that the guest across from me got their steak meal and they only been sitting for about 10 minutes. The manager excuse was they got their steak because the temperatures were different. I never heard no excuse like that in my life. The manager left and went in the back came out with my meal. I told her I wanted the bill she replied I wasn’t waiting that long. I’m a regular customer there the management I remembered would of walk threw and made sure the customer are well taking care of.

Hmm, this place depends on your wallet and what you're looking for. I tend to be value oriented so keep that in mind. The food was very good as far as flavor. Got the steak and a couple of sides. The side salad was the best bang for the buck. The sweet potato side was also pretty good. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection so no complaints there. Now, to the price. We were 4 people and split the bill. After tip it was just short of $100 for 2 people. That did include a beer and glass of wine. That's way higher than what I expect to spend for that amount of food. It was a birthday dinner so nothing I could do there but outside of that kind of occasion, it's not a place I would go back to when we have tons of hole in the wall place in Sumter that don't require a kidney and my first born. Food quality, 4 stars, outrageous price factored in, bumps it down to 3 stars.

The Caesar salad was as good as one would expect it to be, and the croissant was a pleasant surprise! Very flaky with just the right amount of honey butter!
The seafood grits contain big, fresh shrimp that were perfectly seasoned and the scallops were cooked to perfection. The sauce had just the right amount of crab not overtake the flavor. The creamy cheese grits strike a delicate balance and are neither runny nor thick. The andouille sausage tastes freshly made with how the spices stand out instead of having the “I’ve been on the shelf for 3 months” flavor of what you get in the grocery stores. The toast is perfect for sopping up the sauce prior to diving in. Eat this dish slowly and savor every bite.
We moved to Sumter 7 years ago and was introduced to Willie Sue as a premier restaurant, especially if you like a good steak. Always very good service. The food is good and there's a lot of good, and positive energy from the restaurant staff. Love this place!!
