In this day and age…never thought I’d be saying that, but really? I went to this restaurant once (hard to call it that) would never go again. To have this ignorance allowing a derogatory name on the ticket is one thing but to have a manager allow the worker to show out to the customer is below unprofessional. People need to contact corporate and let them know the condition of this franchisee. People need to stop giving them business and see how long they survive.
The service at zaxbys on McCray Mill Rd in Sumter SC is AWFUL. Zaxbys needs to do better.
