Don’t ever order around closing, y’all. I paid extra for extra seasoning on the fries and there was barely even any seasoning at all, in fact half the fries had absolutely no seasoning on them. I also paid extra for large fries in the meal and you can clearly see this is a regular amount of fries. And finally, I paid extra for a peach tea. At first they forgot my drink, in fact it appears they never made it. Had to return because I forgot about the drink myself, I was told there wasn’t any tea because they were cleaning up which is understandable, but they still forgot to make my drink previously. The boneless wings did not taste good, the past few times I’ve ordered boneless chicken they’ve never tasted like generic pre-frozen chicken but today they did. The taste was so bad I had to throw them out, so I wasted food and money. Absolutely disappointed in y’all, this is not what I wanted to spend almost $20 on. I love going to Zaxby’s (especially this one in particular) and y’all always do an amazing job, but today was not it.
Update: Extra seasoning must be code for no seasoning at all cause this the second time I ordered fries with extra seasoning and they ain’t had seasoning on them, had to use some home seasonings to shake them up with instead. Also the surf ‘n turf shrimp is a lot smaller than advertised, and there are seven instead of eight, don’t be fooled, y’all! 😂

We ordered boneless wings and a chicken fingers plate, no coleslaw so they said double fries. Only a very small portion of fries in the box. The boneless wings were so hard and room temperature!! I threw half of them away! $10 for the hardest chicken nuggets I’ve ever tried to chew. MSG in your sauces…please choose better ingredients.

I had Zaxby’s on Broad St before, and it made me not want to go again. However, I decided to give the other one by the high school a chance . The line was extremely long, which was frustrating because I had ordered my food through the app. When I finally got to the window, the employee was arguing with a customer and ended up giving me the wrong order. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for my drink because she never came back.

Everything about them is excellent except the color of the paint, the yellow is doll and makes the place look old. But I enjoyed my Zaxby zalad ?

My 1st time trying Zaxby’s! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I loved everything! The sauce, coleslaw, tenders, everything was so good! And the dessert was the cherry on top! ? The service was fast as well. I love Zaxby’s! ❤️

Ok how stupid can you be Bernard as a manager you should know that not all of your customers have a clear menu imprinted in their brain. So if you have an employee taking orders at the front door then she must have a menu for customers to view and order.
Why on God's earth would you be so naive to advise a customer that they can't even order at the window if your not answering the drive thru window. And they haven't a clear understanding of what to order. And by the way you forgot our chicken sandwich. Ugh they definitely need a new manager with brains

Last 3 times we ate here, order was wrong or incomplete. Not little stuff, like missing entire meals. It’s an employee problem, they just don’t care. It’s so expensive, not worth them getting your order wrong every time.
