Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The staff here are very pleasant especially lady I always see at front (I believe her name is amber). She is funny and nice but it’s definitely not just limited to her. The meals are very consistent although I did have one big zax snak that I couldn’t eat as it was terrible. That’s fine though as every other time is wonderful. I did like the old building as it had more soul to it, this new one feels like a shell of its former self (very corporate). Anyways it’s great place with lovely food :) thank you workers!

This branch is very slowed i dont know if they are going to the farm that night to get chicken and also digging potato. waiting you taking longer, esp. in evening. In doordasher their they have not prepared yet the food so you must wait atleast 10-15 mins. And one time the food ordered missing and they dont care Remembered and remake it the order name ANGI T .. waiting for your order half hours store issue always..

We’ve been given the wrong online order twice now in a row. This time, after correcting the order, the sauces we received were opened. No telling if something was put into it by an employee so we threw the entire $30 order out.

I ordered thru uber eats . The food was cold to the touch fries and Philly chicken sandwich. The blue cheese crumbles fried chicken salad had very little chicken. It was supposed to be dipped in tongue torch which they failed to do that process. I called with my complaint and they basically said once it leaves there it’s my problem . What happen to good customer service. I’m not asking for hand outs just what I ordered to be correct considering how much the meal cost. That’s why I’m big fan of Chick-fil-A My pleasure for this review

Honestly the worst Zaxby's experience I've ever had didn't get the ranch for my order the fries and the toast was stale the chicken fingers were good and the sweet tea was delicious

I have visited Zaxbys in another state, and I said that I'd never eat there again, and I had the simplest meal, chicken fingers, and fries. Let's just say,, the best part of that meal was my sprite! The atmosphere was dark , the employees were nonchalant, and the service was mediocre.

Then my cousin raved over the Sumter Zaxbys and suggested we go one night. I've been going ever since, and now my mom is a regular too, lol !

It's always tasty, and we're always greeted with kindness,no matter who's working that day. Great work, Zaxbys Sumter and employees!

Everyone there is nice, but everytime Sharon is there she seems to have a problem as if I asked her to clock in. She’ll take your order mess it up and then gets mad when you come in to get it corrected. Sharon definitely needs to work on her attitude.

Ordered the signature sandwich and I think they put a whole bottle of zac sauce on it! Completely inedible! What is so hard lol
