I had the worst experiences one night…went through the drive thru waited and when I got to the pick up area I was asked for my receipt. Then I was told to pull in to the parking spot where I was interrogated about my receipt and this manager even said she checked the camera ….so then I was finally given my food with no drink. I attached her name tag…..says it all 🤣🤣🤣

Tasty food but there is a 1/78 chance you get over fried wings,the other reviews are currently low but I think this place is better than that. The atmosphere is great and I go there about once every 2 weeks just don't go when it's crowded to avoid over fried wings

They have the worst management all managers are very nasty with you I ate from there and I have been sick for the last 2 weeks I can’t eat nothing and I didn’t start feeling sick till I ate Zaxby’s that day because it was the only place I had ate and I will be sueing and going too my lawyer because when I talked the manager the next day I felt very bad she didn’t seem to care at all and she told me well if you sick than everybody else will also be sick with you but I will nerve eat from Zabxys on broad st again I recommend nobody too eat from there because they don’t care about there customers and I also will be getting in touch with corporate who ever the owner is need too really do better with there management skills

Managers have attitudes very unprofessional gave me a nasty attitude off the bat just from a phone call is insane! The lady named “Tina”

The staff here are very pleasant especially lady I always see at front (I believe her name is amber). She is funny and nice but it’s definitely not just limited to her. The meals are very consistent although I did have one big zax snak that I couldn’t eat as it was terrible. That’s fine though as every other time is wonderful. I did like the old building as it had more soul to it, this new one feels like a shell of its former self (very corporate). Anyways it’s great place with lovely food :) thank you workers!

This branch is very slowed i dont know if they are going to the farm that night to get chicken and also digging potato. waiting you taking longer, esp. in evening. In doordasher their they have not prepared yet the food so you must wait atleast 10-15 mins. And one time the food ordered missing and they dont care Remembered and remake it the order name ANGI T .. waiting for your order half hours store issue always..

We’ve been given the wrong online order twice now in a row. This time, after correcting the order, the sauces we received were opened. No telling if something was put into it by an employee so we threw the entire $30 order out.
