Been stopping in for years, I’m in Charlotte but I drove down for a day and had to stop by to pick up a half dozen to take home. 🥰

our bagels were like day old crap. hard to cut and hard to chew. I'm a loyal customer pretty much since they opened. was extremely disappointed

I use to LOVE LOVE LOVE the bagels here. Today not so much, don’t know who’s making them now but Joe needs too. I had a tuna bagel w/ lettuce $9.93 WTH? That is outrageous. Tuna was so salty 🤮 If I wasn’t starving I definitely would have said HELL NO!! Now I wish I did and went somewhere else. So so so disappointed 😢

Consistently get my order wrong and they don’t seem to care. Just called to mention it and the woman said she couldn’t find my order. I wasn’t calling for a refund. I actually left a tip. I was calling to say please let the staff know to write the order down correctly. All I asked for was 2 extra eggs and they can’t ever seem get that right. I watched the girl write my order down and I said 4 eggs please and she didn’t write 4 so I said you might want to write that down and she just shook her head so I figured maybe she memorized it but then I get home and saw I only had 2 eggs and they also didn’t put ketchup on my family’s bagels… they always do this so I’m getting tired of it especially I call to mention it and then they act like as if I wasn’t even there today because she couldn’t find my order when I was just there 20 minutes before I called

Holy...these bagels are amazing! My favorite is the everything bagel, but the French toast bagels are delicious too! Don't forget to try one of their delicious sandwiches too! I am not from the area but have totally considered having my Mother-in Law ship them:)

Nice selection of bagels and courteous staff but these do not taste NY style. The texture was different than a normal bagel. It had a lot of airy holes in the slice but was still heavy and dense. The French toast one was good with a blueberry cream cheese i had,, but the everything and jalapeno were disappointing.

Overall 5 stars, has very quickly become one of my favorite places to go in Surfside. The food is always amazing with the sandwiches having great proportioning — never feeling too clonky — and the bagels themselves are literally amazing. The Chai latte here is soooo good, very spicy (but not overwhelming!) and not overly sugary. As for espresso, so far I've had a cinnamon toast latte and it was so good.... The espresso wasn't burnt and tasted delicious, and they didn't use too much syrup. The place is always very clean, and both the staff and the other patrons are very nice. Overall a very good place to go! 💕

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly place!!!! No alcohol is served here, and it is spacious enough to let a kid get their energy out. See kids here all the time! People are very nice as well : )

Unless you’re in dire need of sodium, I strongly advise you to steer clear of the salmon bagel. You might think, “Maybe it’s just that first bite that’s overwhelmingly salty,” but you’d be mistaken. It’s like someone decided to season this bagel with an entire ocean’s worth of salt. Whether it was intentional or not, consider yourself warned. ?

Place seemed friendly. I wouldn’t go back.
5.25/10 rating for external appeal and cute name.
