We have always been loyal customers to Bubbas every summer when we visit. My family loves their food, and always looks forward to all you can eat catfish.
It started off while waiting for our table, as we had a big party it was never an issue to always accommodate us before.
I have celiac disease, therefore I have a gluten allergy. I know even coming here my options are very slim, but usually restaurants always have a separate menu. There was a group of young girls (hosts), and I went up to them politely and asked if they had a gluten free menu…. they all ignored me, looked away, and kept talking with each other. Even on their iPhones texting away.
-I have worked in a restaurant facility during my high school years as both a host and server for 4 years. If my boss ever saw me on my phone it was an immediate write up, even if we were in the back and no customer seen us. Imagine doing this on a weekend night with it being busy in front of everyone as the first impression.
Then, we get into the restaurant (inside) and we all sit down. My boyfriend and I had my two younger cousins at a 4 top, and i immediately seen these same girls in the corner talking about us, and looking directly at me. If I had to redo it over, I would have ran up and asked what the issue was, instead of staring dead at me for minutes.
My aunt saw the girl who took us up look at another girl and said “the party of 14 table is ready” she huffed and puffed. Unprofessional.
All from this experience, I am HIGHLY disappointed. I believe that this restaurant has an amazing staff, and food. As it is just important to train your staff properly, and never steer anyone away.
I want to give total respect and recognition for our server. I never got his name, but he was the one who answered all my questions and assured me my food would be safe for me. He always had the biggest smile on his face, and never left us empty handed!

Had some of the most freshest seafood had the flounder plate my brother had the grouper fingers Service was excellent from Lincoln and I give it five stars all the way around

Service took longer since they had more customers than employees could handle. Food was ok. We ordered fried grouper finger meal that came with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw. Coleslaw was sweet, not much tangy if that's how if you prefer. Parking was free for the customers.

Great food in a Uber rustic environment. This is a gem! Some of the best food I've had in the area and great service. Reasonable prices in the great selection of options.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't have thought so, but there sure were a lot of kids there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is a dedicated wheelchair spot in the parking lot with a few other handicap spots around. Also there's a lift to bring Patrons to the 2nd floor.

The food was TERRIBLE and way overpriced. The deviled crab was uneditable.
First time being there. Came with some army buddies and we all had catfish and it was delicious. Our server i believe name was Sha was awesome. Never had to ask for refills, or anything. She made us feel welcome and she knew her menu. Atmosphere was great. Leaving on Friday but will visit again before heading back to GA. The clam chowder was awesome, crab cake, awesome and the catfish was delicious. Great place to dine inside and out. Great price at well.
