I visited Casa Mia at least a dozen times for the crabcakes and after living in Baltimore, they bring back a taste of home. Best crabcakes down here. And today I had to pit beef and for my wife she had the turkey, huge portions and so tender best pit, beef I’ve ever had.

Best crabcake I’ve ever had and I’m from Maryland. So tasty, moist and little filler, Largest lumps of crab.

I have been told to try this place out for the crab cakes, so we did! We were in the mood for pizza so did the crab balls appetizer. They were flavorful, tender and delicious. We then had a margarita pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms. The crust was perfectly baked Neapolitan style, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. One of the best meals we have had here. We will be back!

My wife and I had a fun dinner on Valentines Day! We got the special and had a heart shaped pizza, very delicious. Salad was great as was the champagne and desert. Good service as well!

We've lived in Murrells Inlet for 5 years. This was our first visit, and we were very happy with our decision to go there! We'll definitely be back. The Bourbon glazed Salmon was delicious!

True Maryland Crab cakes for all you MD crab cake snobs ! Lol

Dinner for six on a Tuesday night. There were plenty of tables and we were seated immediately. The pizza seems to be the best thing going. They have a great big pizza oven right up front. Two of us split a margherita pizza and a shrimp caeser salad, which was on the specials menu. The pizza was definitely good. The Old Fashioneds were very generous. Service was excellent. Plenty of parking. Very reasonable prices.

We loved our crab cake platter at Casa Mia. We have had Maryland crab cakes and Casa Mia’s were even better. The jumbo lump crabmeat with very little filler were delicious. The Caesar salad.and side dishes were great too. The server was very helpful and attentive. Also loved the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. I’m hoping to go back soon.

Wonderful mid day Linner at Casa Mia's. Enjoyed a delicious authentic Maryland style crab cake entree. The Caesar salad, 8 ounce jumbo lump crab cake and fresh hand cut fries, mixed vegetable were truly the best we have experienced in the greater Myrtle Beach area. We look forward to our next visit to Casa Mia's

Casa Mia Restaurant is a delightful experience. The food is delicious especially the crab cakes and pizza. With a cozy atmosphere, the service and staff are friendly and efficient. Our server Aaliyah was excellent … very attentive. We highly recommend Casa Mia Restaurant!
