Do not order at this location at surfaide, we are staying half a mile away and ordered here. Little did we know all calls transferred to a location at Merrill's inlet, when we called and placed order, we did not know because the number transferred. Could not pick up our order near us and they wanted to charge a delivery fee. This should not have happened.

The worst experience start to finish. Order online, delivery in 45 minutes. Two hours later pizza not started, cannot cancel online, phones turned off. Had to drive to the store to cancel, employee rude. If it is busy that’s fine, but accurate time needs to be reflected. If the wait is four hours, then say four hours.

Ordered 2 large pizzas at 11:25 pm which never got delivered and when I tried to call to find out if everything as okay(because now it’s is 12:50am) none of the calls went through…
I ordered here several times as a local. Delivery is always pretty quick (usually shorter than the estimated delivery time which is great). Pizza has always been consistently good.

Once again no delivery driver sitting here at work waiting for food was told it was cancelled my advice is try your local restaurants with grub hub. Order date 6/17/25. @ 10:32 am. Apparently any of these companies can't keep employees and stop blaming other reasons.

1 star is generous. I ordered 30 minutes ahead on the app and called to verify the order. Both the employee on the phone and app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, the order had not even been started. No apologies or accommodations were offered or discussed. Unacceptable customer service and communication.
