I usually have pretty good food when delivered, but tonight not so great. The chicken was just thrown together and barely and cheese or bacon but plenty of tomatoes, more tomatoes than anything else, and the pasta was hardly any, there's more cheese and mushrooms and hardly any pasta noodles.
Every delivery is always on time, I've placed over 50 orders over the past 4-5 years and can't remember one order being wrong. No complains for this restaurant. Everything has always been delicious.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My family and I are in town on vacation and got pizza for dinner, we ordered a total of six pizzas. One of our pizzas had the wrong toppings we called the store had us on wait for 10 minutes to be put on with the manager. The Manager Lindsay was so rude and disgusting towards me and my sister in law on the phone. She kept asking what was wrong with the pizza and we told her we got the wrong pizza and she’s like what’s wrong with it and proceeded to keep repeating to her we got the wrong toppings on it. She didn’t even apologize for the mistake. She just hung up the phone when we told her that we don’t eat sausage. We went to the store to get the pizza we ordered. She belittled her employee in front of us, super rude and unprofessional. She dropped our receipt on the floor and put it on the slip of the pizza box inside! I told her to not do that because that touched floor and it’s cross contamination and she responded with it’s not. Don’t Buy Pizza from this location save your money and Self.
As far as take out pizza joints go... it was fast, easy, and the cook was very polite. The day worker had my food ready when I arrived and answered all of my questions in a polite and helpful manner. Plus online ordering offered a heck of a discount.

Got the new, New York Pizza, not impressed. Employees were nice, atmosphere is so dated and looks dingy. Sorry but its true. Unfortunately I won't be back. Marcos and Papa Jonhs is better.

As a big fan of Domino's, it’s disappointing to say that this particular location is by far the worst pizza provider on the Grand Strand. The most glaring issue is that they frequently get orders wrong. Whether it's missing toppings or incorrect pizzas altogether, the inconsistency is frustrating. This is not a one-off occurrence but a persistent problem that severely impacts the overall experience.
Another major issue is that they never seem to cut the pizza properly. More often than not, I have to recut the pizza myself once I get home, which is quite inconvenient. Properly cut slices are a basic expectation for any pizza provider, and this repeated failure shows a lack of attention to detail.
Additionally, this Domino's location does not automatically include napkins with their orders, and plates aren't even an option. While napkins are available upon request, they should ideally be included by default, especially for convenience. The absence of plates altogether is also a notable inconvenience, particularly when picking up for a group or an event.
The one redeeming quality is that the taste of the pizza itself is consistent with Domino's standards. However, the frequent mistakes, poor pizza cutting, and lack of automatically included paper products overshadow the taste. For a brand known for reliable and convenient pizza, this location falls short in delivering that promise.
If you’re looking for a quality meal, you might be better off going to the Food Lion right down the road and picking up a frozen pizza. In many cases, the quality and reliability will surpass what you get from this Domino's location.
If you're looking for a hassle-free pizza experience, I'd recommend exploring other options in the Grand Strand area. There are many other pizza providers who get it right, both in terms of service and quality. It's unfortunate that this Domino's location does not live up to the brand's reputation.

Ordered delivery. Pizza was ok but skimpy on the toppings. Also ordered pepperoni cheese sticks. They didn’t even cut them. Just a big glob of burned cheese on top of a loaf of bread and a single pepperoni. Also paid 99 cents for ranch which we didn’t get and when we called and asked for a refund they said that they are unable to do same day refunds…it’s 2024! Do you do your refunds on a typewriter?
Had the New York style pizza for the second time. Awful. Not enough of either cheese, it did not look like the commercial at all!
