Drippy's Homemade Ice Cream - Surfside Pier

My dtr wanted 2 scoops of ice cream - the girl asked if I wanted the scoops together or separate. I said together and then changed my and asked for them separate so we could freeze leftovers. 1 scoop is $4 something and 2 scoops is 5.80. She charged me $9.94. I asked why so much and she said tax. I advise tax is not $4.00. She then said it was because i choose 2 cups / so it was two 1 scoop. Really!!! So you asked me about 2 cups to double my price. I am a local and will not be back and nor will i bring my out of town guests. I guess we will go to Stellas from now on.

It's ok. Had better. 3 scoop the first night ate 2 spoonfuls of each flavor and threw it in the garbage. Tried it again the next day with just 2 scoops and did the same thing. Not worth it to me.

Best cake batter flavor ever! Same taste since I was a kid. Not a bad price due to the quality. They also offer Italian ice flavors. Large cookie dough chunks are not skimped upon.

Parking: Lot on site & across the boulevard behind Pizza Hyena.

This is all homemade ice cream, sorbet and ices in their factory on the premises. Great vegan ice cream! Some flavors are also gluten free. It’s creamy and delicious! Highly recommend this place for vegan ice cream. If not vegan, there are many delicious looking flavors of ice cream to choose from. If you love ice cream, you’ll love this place!

The selection was moderate, and the service was decent. Nothing really positive or negative about either of those.

What I loved was that they had 2 "sugar-free" options. My bf is always trying to look for a sugar-free option, so this worked out perfectly.

Drippy’s DOES NOT MISS. Ever! I’ve been to a few of their locations and every time they knock it out of the park. Staff is cheerful and friendly, menu variation is great, and the ice cream is incredible. Great shirts and stickers too. Get the salty goat!

Stopped in today. Wonderful ice cream and great service at this locally owned ice cream shop. There was a line when we got there and we were very surprised how fast the line moved. Really didn't wait at all. Very nice location on the pier so please stop in when visiting Surfside pier. You won't regret it.
