Before the manager gets an attitude with customers and delivery drivers, she should know what her staff is doing. I understand I'm supposed to come in to pick up delivery orders, but it would be nice if you UNLOCK THE DOORS. Doubling down on your arrogance isn't professional.

Absolutely awful. Do not get food here. Waited over 30 minutes, the lady cooking the food threw it out 3 times, dropped utensils on the floor to cook food and reused it, gave us a bag with food all over it and now waiting for a refund.

If there was an option for a negative rating I would. Came in at 12 today the worker by the name of Jay, was the most unpleasant people I have encounter in many years. He went out of his way to yell at a mom and a five year old girl to stop running in the store when she was not running at ALL! It caught me,my husband and the mom off guard because the tone was so nasty. He then moved on to verbally attack two teen boys that were holding a plastic toddler shovels. Again yelling at them to stop swinging them around but again they were not. I am going to go full KAREN (sorry nice Karens) to get him fired!!!

The store was empty, stood there a few minutes waiting to be served because I wasn't sure if I could use the app in a Dunkin Donuts inside Walmart. Absolute ghost town, ended up leaving without ordering anything.

Service was great, donuts were a little dry but I did order a lot at short notice.
The man at the counter very obviously hated his job. He had a very hairy beard and lots of hair on head neither was covered with a nets, his boots were untied he was very sloppy and rude. He made my coffee incorrect and when I asked him to fix it he insisted that it wasn't wrong that should have specified liquid sugar in my iced coffee...he put granulated sugar in my iced drink and was very rude about having to correct it. After he so called corrected the drink, it was so bad I literally threw it in the trash before I made it out of the store. I will never visit this establishment again.
