The man at the counter very obviously hated his job. He had a very hairy beard and lots of hair on head neither was covered with a nets, his boots were untied he was very sloppy and rude. He made my coffee incorrect and when I asked him to fix it he insisted that it wasn't wrong that should have specified liquid sugar in my iced coffee...he put granulated sugar in my iced drink and was very rude about having to correct it. After he so called corrected the drink, it was so bad I literally threw it in the trash before I made it out of the store. I will never visit this establishment again.

The cashier is not mentally together. There was no other customer before me. She asked me what I wanted and gave me the wrong order. It took her five minutes to give a donut and gave me a funny face - after I asked her about the wrong order.

Visit to the store at approximately 12noon, on 8/18/23. The store was absolutely filthy & dirty. The male associate was rude & crude, and appeared to be spaced out. The other associate, female, with green hair was pleasant, but, took her long time to make my iced coffee. I was the only customer in the store. The iced coffee was undrinkable, which I tossed in the trash. Dunkin needs to close this store, clean it thoroughly, fire the current staff , and start all over. Disgraceful store.
