The man at the counter very obviously hated his job. He had a very hairy beard and lots of hair on head neither was covered with a nets, his boots were untied he was very sloppy and rude. He made my coffee incorrect and when I asked him to fix it he insisted that it wasn't wrong that should have specified liquid sugar in my iced coffee...he put granulated sugar in my iced drink and was very rude about having to correct it. After he so called corrected the drink, it was so bad I literally threw it in the trash before I made it out of the store. I will never visit this establishment again.

Visit to the store at approximately 12noon, on 8/18/23. The store was absolutely filthy & dirty. The male associate was rude & crude, and appeared to be spaced out. The other associate, female, with green hair was pleasant, but, took her long time to make my iced coffee. I was the only customer in the store. The iced coffee was undrinkable, which I tossed in the trash. Dunkin needs to close this store, clean it thoroughly, fire the current staff , and start all over. Disgraceful store.

Tina made my sons day he was looking for a sweet coffee and she helped him with the best drink for that! Gave him a sample to try Tina was just the best person we ran into I want to thank her for today she gave us a good laugh and a great time don’t run into that much anymore Tina your the best thank you so much!! She even got us before her break not too many people will do that anymore! You deserve a raise Tina!! Thank you again!! We’re not from around here and things like that makes our time much better!! :)Kid-friendliness: Tina Did everything possible to be patient with my son and gave him the best options and all around happy and funny we love that!Parking: It’s outside a Walmart there should always be parking

Sunday 11/6/2022 at 2.53is Agirl who works there at that time Showing on the receipt her name is Kimberly I ask her for medium coffee and I want to put the sugar and creamer my self I asked her she went and fix me a coffee with too much creamer I went back to her and told her I want to do the creamer and sugar myself from there started her attitude she fixed me another coffee and she put it hard on the table and throw the cream and sugar on the table I looked at her I wanna say something to her but she left went to get another customer I open the cup It was half way I felt not comfortable I Throw the coffee cup on the trashcan and left
