The food was fresh and hot. There was a wonderful woman working who was very kind and quick. I also spilt my drink everywhere and she was very kind to me while cleaning my mess. She told me that mistakes happens and to have a wonderful day. Will definitely be back. 10/10

First time Firehouse Sub customer and our quality and quantity expectations were achieved. We thankfully took advantage of the Veterans Day BOGO offer. As more customers were coming in the service slowed down . . . only 2 workers.

Had delivered through Firehouse website and Uber Eats. Website changed sandwich only to combo meals. When calling, the associates were snarky and wouldnt even inform each other why someone was calling when handing the phone off to someone else - they also could not resolve the issue without canceling the whole order and double charging until whenever the previous order returned. Forgot all the pickles with the sandwiches-even ordered extras. Sandwiches were sloppily put together. Plus, I know its not on them but the delivery driver couldn't understand simple instructions about where to go. The whole experience was not worth the $40 spent or hassle for a family lunch.

First time for everything and this is a FIRST that I asked for wheat bread and received white, or not toasted.🙄 My sandwich is good just not the way I ordered.
