Had delivered through Firehouse website and Uber Eats. Website changed sandwich only to combo meals. When calling, the associates were snarky and wouldnt even inform each other why someone was calling when handing the phone off to someone else - they also could not resolve the issue without canceling the whole order and double charging until whenever the previous order returned. Forgot all the pickles with the sandwiches-even ordered extras. Sandwiches were sloppily put together. Plus, I know its not on them but the delivery driver couldn't understand simple instructions about where to go. The whole experience was not worth the $40 spent or hassle for a family lunch.

Virginia runs a really tight shift. Everything is clean and the food is exceptional. the minute you walk in the door they speak to you and you can tell they have a local following. We eat there twice a week. She deserves a gigantic Christmas bonus because people like that are hard to find!

I went in with my nephew and ordered a medium sub which I've found a long hair in itand i got cheetos for my nephew and the cheetos were completely stale and tasted nasty. The workers were inadequate, and the food was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend eating at this firehouse subs.

The food here was delicious! Really enjoyed how these hoagies tasted. First time eating at Firehouse Subs and it was a great experience. Nice and clean, the staff was good. The food was prepped quickly.
