Virginia of Firehouse Subs is such a lovely person to be around. I met her while we were at the same vender and thought that anyone who works with her will be lucky. The vender said the same after she left, that she is one of their favorite people to interact with.

I love Surfside Firehouse! The subs are ALWAYS great and the entire staff is fantastic! However, that one extra kind lady that works in the place just made my day last visit! We need more people in the world like her! Such a Blessing!I'll be back as I'm craving Firehouse just thinking about it doing this review! FYI, The New York Steamer is my Sub of Choice!

We were on vacation and went to this location. The food and service were excellent. Mrs.Virginia that worked was so friendly, welcoming and upbeat to everyone who entered. We just wanted to make sure she was recognized because she made our night better.
Ordering online and in person is a LOT different. Yesterday I had ordered a pepperoni pizza sub with bacon on white bread and got an amazing sandwich. Today I go in and order the exact same thing and got garlic bread instead of white bread and got like 2 strips of bacon.

They messed up an order by forgetting to ring a sandwich in. After they found out, they made us pay additional for it without offering any kind of discount for the inconvenience. The manager said she “wishes she could” which was clearly a lie. Spend money at local restaurants, not

Due to a recent ad campaign, decided to try a new sub. They advertise $6.99 Pepp Pizza meatball sandwich, if ordered via app. I don't load apps to my phone for security reasons. Figured it was a coupon priced deal, but when ordering in the store the price is not $6.99 or $7.99 but $10.29 !!! An almost 50% increase over your advertised price. I was there, I was hungry, so I ordered and paid the STORE PRICE. Well, it was not worth it to me, and the unprofessional advertising bait and switch has convinced me to NEVER AGAIN support ANY Firehouse Sub. They got their $3.30 extra but lost a customer who will share this experience and their lousy business practices.
