Terrible dry no sauce chicken lo mien barely any chicken and said no fried rice never again
I can't believe a restaurant would care so little about the food going out the door. I ordered sweet/sour chicken, beef with vegetables and crab Rangoon to go. The crab Rangoon was rubbery and soft and smells of bad oil and seafood. Eggrolls, bad oil, seafood smell, pungent and oil soaked soggy. The beef has sat in a fridge in rice flower for days and days. It is not recognizable as fresh beef. Even the texture is squishy and rubbery. SS chicken smells of old oil and seafood, mostly breading.The fried rice is dyed, and flavorless. I should have slipped $40 under the door after hours, it would have been a better and more honest experience.

I moved to Surfside in April of 2025 and Golden Kitchen was one of the first restaurants we tried. I was shocked when I received an actual lobster tail with my order! I have lived in 5 different states and as you can imagine I have ordered from many different Chinese restaurants, but I have to say, Golden Kitchen is my favorite! The portions are great and the egg rolls are huge!
I also wanted to say that I picked up my order one time and the woman at the counter who gave me my food was wonderful. Thank You! 😊

Ordered beef chow mein but there was almost no beef in it. All veggies. Flavor was good but I’d like some meat in the chow mein please. Egg foo yong was good, dumplings ok.
