Gracious Pig Smokehouse is a great spot for barbecue, known for their delicious brussel sprouts and very tasty brisket sandwich. While vegetarian options are available, this restaurant is best known for its meat dishes like the fried bologna sandwich. Parking is available in a paid city lot behind the restaurant, with free parking after 6 pm. The establishment is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly. Service is a highlight, with standout employees such as Matt the bartender, who makes a great Manhattan and provides great conversation. The food is very good, served quickly, with outstanding greens, chili, corn bread, and mac & cheese. The Skinny Dip drink is very good too. Unless you get there by 5 you'll have a wait, but sitting outside is nicer anyway. The manager Jaime was very attentive, and customers praised both the food and service.
