You are better off ordering to go somewhere. The resturant will bring your food out to your car. The only way I would order food delivery is if I HAD TO AND HAD NO CAR, even then Id get pizza or pay a neighbor lol.

If I could give these guys a zero I would. These guys double the price on all orders!!! I also tried to make an order from Panda Chinese Food in Carolina Forest and they ended up ordering food from another Chinese restaurant because they lost their contract with Panda for overcharging. I told them the food wasn't from Panda and they insisted it was. I order from Panda weekly and I know how they package their meals, the food definitely wasn't from Panda as I called Panda the next day and she said she cancelled with them 2 weeks prior. Crooks wouldn't return my call or answer my calls. STAY AWAY!!!

Attempted to order from the Cheesesteak Factory and waited over an hour and a half. I called the Cheesesteak Factory and they told me they do not even work with this company. Never received delivery and the company never answered their phone when I called repeatedly. I would not use them.

I ordered from a Mexican restaurant a quarter mile from my house because they were advertising delivery using MBRD's number in the window. Cold, desheveled tacos arrived an hour later, delivered by a man of a similar disposition.

Cannot believe this is a business. Besides the fact that it took almost two hours to get my food, the girl on the phone was very rude and the prices are clearly inflated. I ordered from Mellow Mushroom in Wilmington not Myrtle Beach, and I was very confused on why my order for two large pizzas was $76! So I decided to go back on and compare prices from the Surfside website and the Mellow Website. Mellow Mushroom: 16" Mighty Meaty: $24.49 16" Maui Wowie: $24.99 Surfside Express: 16" Maui Wowie: $32.49 16" Mighty Meaty: $31.84 Then you are charged tax and a delivery fee on top of all of that! I mean who would ever buy from this place!? I thought it was a great idea because paying $7.50 for a delivery across town is reasonable but after having a short conversation with the delivery driver he told me that he doesn't even get all of that money! The people who run this take money from the delivery fee! and then doesn't pay the driver by the hour or the mile! So let me sum this business model up: Exploit restaurants by using their business and jacking their prices. Exploit workers by having them drive and not paying them anything out of pocket. Exploit customers by making them pay inflated prices while paying for their delivery drivers salaries. So in other words these people make money from using everyone else and not providing a good service! As I said it took nearly two hours to get my pizza! The only way I would use this service is if for some reason I felt bad for the kid they have working and I wanted to donate my money to help him, other than that this is the definition of a scam! I would never order from here and I can't imagine the people who'd work for here, I feel sorry for all parties involved.

used this site a lot when it was first gaining popularity but to to jack up the prices this way is ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if you loss all your business. an order that used to cost me 15 bucks through you guys is now 30 plus gtfoh. pizza hut or Chinese it is.

I wound up getting a refund for the coupon I bought thru a discount service because of the lack of responsiveness, and yes,confused rudeness of staff of when they did answer the phone. An employee of this enterprise stated that the owner bought the company from someone else and was not aware of and not honoring the coupons set up by the previous owner. I never had the chance to find out if this was true since I never reached anyone at this business willing to take and deliver and order.
