We have dined here before and have had good experiences with food and service. Today we were seated as soon as we walked in near the back kitchen. Our waitress, brought us water and coffee but totally IGNORED us after that. We never got to give our orders even after I asked another waitress to tell our waitress, ALICIA, we were ready... She came back to our table and I told ALICIA we were ready to order...she walked off again!!! They were not that busy as it was 10:30am, wirh plenty of open tables. After being IGNORED still, we left and went down the street and received Friendly, Fast Service and Great Food at the Family Barn!! ...and we felt appreciated!! We are locals here and eat out a lot. I know good service when I see it ...and this was not!!
We have eat here for years. Food is good. Service is good however this last visit was very disappointing! We usually enjoy the singing from the waitress Maria. She always made our experience extra special with hearing her sing. She blessed all those around her. But we are told that she could no longer sing in this restaurant. That is awful!! How could you take away something that blessed others! Truly disappointing! Who runs a business and does away with something that makes people happy? Not sure if we will return because if this. Ridiculous!

The lady at the front counter wearing the Gamecocks t shirt today was absolutely horrible. First off I had to wait 25 minutes just to place and order. After being there for a total of 57 minutes I attempted to ask her if I had time to go to the store. Her rude answer was “we are busy “. She didn’t even attempt to see how much longer my food would be. And to make matters worse she cut me off as I attempted to ask the question. Immediately after a Caucasian woman asked how long the wait was. She received an immediate answer that was in-depth and polite. Obviously I am Black. Ironically I am the only Black person being served here. Maybe this is why? I promise to never patronize this establishment and I will also advise all of family, peers, and friends to never eat here regardless of their race.

If you want to eat here I would clear your schedule as it takes well over an hour to get your food after you order. And once you finally receive your food it looks like someone brushed thier hair in. Never coming back!
