Went in with family to order breakfast and dine in. The food was good but service was very slow. There was one elderly lady trying to handle orders and give food out. She was working hard and doing her best but the line of customers to order and receive food was very long and many were complaining. Need more staff.

This was my first, and it will be my last. Not one to frequent fast food but I was hungry and figured I'd zip through. I ordered a Swiss and mushroom combo. The person on the speaker, with a heavy latino accent, asked what size? Not sure what she meant I asked her what she meant. (I dont frequent these places). She BARKS ate me "WHAT SIZE COMBO!" Again, I asked what size what? She barks again, WHAT SIZE? I'm confused. How many combo sizes are there (???).. She then says SODA. Ahhh... I told her medium. When I drove to the window, the girl tells me to wait then slams the window closed. Finally, I get to ask her face to face (this wasn't the screamer, Laniella, whose name I learned from the spanish speaking girl that could hardly say the word ketchup, btw) ...anyway, I ask her how many size combos are there? Then!! Laniella comes to the window and I ask her the same question. She said... I told you, soda and fries.. I said, no you didn't. She walked away muttering and shuts the window and since they have my CC I couldn't drive off. I finally get my card and food and I tell her... she has no right treating customers the way she treats her brats!! I was livid. I'm sill calling the owner of that franchise. This is my first and last EVER. That woman should NOT be dealing with the public. She was so nasty, I even checked to see if she spit on my burger.

It's been a long time between breakfasts at Hardee's since most of them have gone from the Baltimore area, but they didn't disappoint. My country ham was salty and the biscuit flaky, and my wife liked her chicken egg and cheese, but her biscuit fell apart half way thru. Drive thru was efficient.

Waited 30 minutes on lunch break each visit n drive through. This was the 3rd strike. Still didn't get to order

Driving through, got their biscuit special. One ham and egg, one sausage and egg. Receiving the receipt, it said if I called and took the survey, I would receive a free sandwich next time. Our biscuits were really good (Hardee's does a grreat biscuit) so I completed the survey, went back the next day for two different biscuits, getting one for free. We are not fans of their grossly large hamburgers but like their breakfast selection.

I have been to this restaurant many times in the past with the same results every time. Horrible! Decided to never go again after calling Owner and voicing my displeasure for the final time. Most recently I tried it again after a year avoiding it, and was pleasantly surprised with everything. Went again tonight and same result. What a difference it makes having employees who care.

I live down the street and thought I would give this Hardees on 17 bus.and Glenn's bay road one more chance. My order was wrong again.I will never go there again. Their slow and you would think they could get your order right, but no. The drive-thru people are horrible and they have the speaker turned up full blast when you order. So,my final score on a review for them would be a one.

we had a large order, 5 people. but it was filled correctly. My hot ham and cheese wasn't very hot or cheesy, but the fries wee delicious. We had iced tea, which was served hot with very little ice

This great chain restaurant Hardee’s. The drive through orders was fast, we ordered for 7 people and they had us pull to the side. A few minutes later our food came out. There wasn’t any sidewinders, trolls or zombies in the parking lot. The food itself was the best Hardee’s had to offer.

We enjoy Hardees but had read some negative reviews so we were apprehensive. The poor reviews were accurate. The service was slow even though it was almost noon and the employees were communicating combatively with each other which indicates poor management, training, etc. The restaurant was dirty and unappealing. Some customers left before they placed their orders in frustration. Good call on their part. We will continue to enjoy Hardees at other locations but until corporate cleans house (literally and figuratively) we will not return to this location.
