Everytime I go here I pick something new to try and every time it's been amazing. Everything is impeccable and the unlimited peanuts make it my favorite place for a very reasonably priced sit-down restaurant. 10/10

We walked in to the restaurant from the beach stairs. We were not greeted by the 3 hostesses that we sat behind. In fact the entire time they never acknowledged us. 2 stayed on their phones. The only work they did was clear a table. Why it took 3 of them to do that job I'll never know. The waitress was robotic but took our order and brought the food. After that, she never checked on us until it was time to pay. The burger was not good. I don't think it was what I ordered at all. It tasted like mustard. That's it. The coleslaw was mostly big clumps of raisins. Yuck! Fries were marginal. The waitress asked how it was at the end and I said it was terrible! She laughed. Wow. And I failed to mention it was filthy as well. We've eaten at a different river city and it was very good. We will never be back to this one again. And doubt if we'll risk the entire chain either. P.S. The peanuts were great.

We were visiting and decided to give this place a try. Wait time was not bad and they were able to accommodate a big group. The service was great and promt. The burgers were delicious and juicy. I really recommend this place.

I just reviewed my bill as I had it texted to me. I asked for the tomatoe to be on the side from by burger. They charged me 3.99 called it TOM side platter. For 2 slices of a tomatoe. What a RIP OFF!!

I took my family out to eat here at river city cafe in Surfside and it was the worse experience I have ever encountered. I’ve heard plenty of great things about this restaurant but it was the absolute worse. It would have been maybe a little bit okay if our waitress MARY B wasnt rude when finding out we had hair in our food. It only takes one server or bad experience to never return.

Lol the chilli was ground beef 🤣 and cheese nothing else and it was cold . I dont know honestly front staff was pleasant and busy working, place was clean. But omg the food was disgusting. I've eaten at other locations before and it was great experience...maybe just an off day but that was Chilli
