Really bad bar. Ordered cranberry and vodka, got fruit punch and vodka. When confronted the bartender she agreed that it wad fruit punch but the button on the sprayer was wrong ) I think that was what she was saying). Anyways she argued for 10 minutes and you tried throwing a money at us to solve our problem. Totally killed the vibe for our birthday celebration. Would not recomend going here for a drink,just admit you don't have cranberry and you tried to pass of fruit punch as cranberry. I'm a local so I know many other bars in Surfside that can accommodate without drama.

Went to get a with a buddy, just one a piece both left a tip. Friends phone was dead so we asked if he could charge it and bartender was very rude to us about it, saying here not obligated to charge our phones and don’t have time for that and come with your phone charged. I then proceeded to marked out my tip for my drink as I felt we weren’t treated well and she came outside and yelled at me. Then guy who also worked there as we were waiting outside the bar for an uber asked me if I had a problem. Had good experiences there before but bad service this time. Disappointing won’t be back soon
Ordered 2 drinks and the bartender was confused on how much it would cost. Small cup of oceanside margarita and a mudslide was told unsure of price may be 11.50 for the margaritas and 12.00 for the mudslide. Gave 30 and received no change. Will never go again.

Went here for just a night out. Got some drinks and two shots, asked also for a cup of water, was redirected to a water cooler where I could help myself. Never once offered my change nor did I see the waitress again at the bar. Pitiful service and response. Called the next day as a follow up to find out they kept 7 extra dollars. I guess some people take tips as they feel like they can get away with it. Prices need posted clearly and always ask for receipts. Rather go to somewhere else.

Decided to return to this place while on vacation, the looks I got were not it but I ordered two drinks, scottys frozen blue razz and Scotty’s lemonade. The drinks were okay but not for me so I asked my ex husband to order two shots of fireball and get some water. When he returned I asked him where my change was so I could leave it for the bar tender in the jar before we left and he informed me he didn’t get change back. So I thought their shots were $10 a piece. No biggie. When I looked at the shot, it was only about half full. Compared to the bar across the street, their shots are only $7-8 and full. When I called them the next day to ask how much two shots of fireball were I was told it was only $13. I’m not too sure why I wasn’t given my change but hopefully they needed it. There was also a woman so drunk she almost fell down the stairs, and before leaving she yelled, “Surfside beach.” So from what I can say is they absolutely over served her. I won’t go back but if you do go here just make sure you ask prices and know your alcohol limits. :)

Had my card to run a tab. Paid out gave a 22% tip that honestly wasn't deserved. Today (3 days later) with two new charges from this bar. There are older reviews of the same thing happening to other people. Give your business to someone else since they want to steal money from people.
