I like this place but you probably shouldn’t have a KJ who’s getting drunk on Saturdays early evening. I got there at 8:05 and I think he got 6 singers in until 9:00. He talking for minutes at a time when people were waiting. At one point he took about 15 minutes trying to find a song. He called the last singer and I asked what happen to my song. I was on the list above the last guy. He just blew me off.
We are here often when we are down. Friendly, laid back, beautiful view (beach front), entertainment often, and great prices! We have NEVER waited for a drink, even when busy. Always greeted on arrival, and responsive, so I'm not certain what the situation was on a previous post? We love it (and apparently so do many, as the deck is generally full). ❤️
Terrible service!!! Bartender disappeared for long stretches.We have been an owner of a place in Garden City for over 30 years (we walk here often). Prior to that, I have been coming to Surfside/Garden City Beach since the 60s. I had my first beer here.
