Pirate's Table Calabash Seafood Buffet

I live in Georgia and every weekend I think about driving back there for crab legs. These were the best crab legs, and I worked at Red Lobster for 15 years, back in the day when Red Lobster was good. The atmosphere was so fun, my grandkids loved it. Highly highly recommend!

We love the AYCE crab legs and delicious varieties of seafood and American dishes on the bar. The pirates walking around singing and handing out treasure is such a nice touch not to mention the mermaids swimming in the pool. The service is great also, always switching your baskets, clearing your plates and filling your cups. Definitely worth a visit!

The food was amazing and the entertainment was top tier! The pirates kept a smile on my kids faces and the mermaid never broke character- such a neat place! We all left super full and happy! We can’t wait for our next trip here.

Overall, it was fine, but probably not worth the price. The atmosphere was good, not great. Our server was kind and frequently checked on us, but one of the two hosts seemed annoyed to be there. The food was very inconsistent. Some of it was great, but some was nearly inedible. My son who loves crab legs couldn't even eat his due to how salty they were. The was confirmed by my mother who said these didn't match the other crab legs she had on her plate. Similarly, the first piece of Mahi I sampled was good. The second piece from the same pan was below average.

If you're considering going here, think about where else you might could spend $50 a person for dinner.

Update after business response: I was there on Monday, December 29th. There was no mermaid and no saxophonist. Best wishes to Pirate's Table in 2026. Hopefully they can find some consistency because I like what it's supposed to be.

Pretty good but the mermaid was very cute and I think was hitting on me lol she was playing hard to get. She said she would eat crab legs out of my ears which I liked a lot. Below is my reaction to when she said that to me.

We've been here recently and I saw some disgusting things happening inside that restaurant.

The staff were swearing at each other, the waiter was rude, and the food was horrible, not to mention that my table was also a bit dirty.

I will tell everyone to avoid this place!

Pirate’s Table was superb! The food was delicious especially the Fried Catfish, Fried shrimp, Pasta Shells, and the Rolls. The staff is very friendly also!

The food is expensive, the staff very rude, not coming back. The ambiance was OK but can't make up for the other downsides.

Love the Pirates table! Lots of food options. The pirate decor is awesome. Ayce crab legs are a must! The cannons ont he walls go off which is super fun! They have a pool with a mermaid ( we missed it though) make sure to grab a coupon before you head in!
