I got a 6-in turkey bacon. There were only two slices of turkey on it, the bread was so hard I could hardly bite into it. And the veggies were less than fresh. There may have been something wrong with the Baja sauce. It tasted very off. I ended up throwing it out after a couple of bites. Will not be back. I'm sure for $9 I could get a better half sub somewhere else.

Was here to pick up veggie sub. The man promptly changed his gloves before making us the sub. They even seem to have a separate topping counter for veggie subs.
Will definitely come back!

We flew back into Myrtle Beach and decided to grab a quick dinner on the way home. It was late, so we placed an order for two subs through the Subway website at the location on Beaver Run Boulevard. When we arrived, the employees said the order never came through. They ended up calling their manager around 8:45 PM, who then called someone else, only to eventually tell us the order was never received.

We asked to just reorder in-store and requested the online price (which was cheaper), but they refused, saying it was a “corporate thing” and they couldn’t honor it. We ended up waiting 15 minutes while they sorted out the confusion, and not once did anyone really apologize or offer to make things right.

The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service, no accountability, and a total lack of care. I won’t be going back to Subway again.

Never Satisfied

The 2 employees were not happy, seemed upset they had to make 3 foot long subs.....hope other employees have better attitudes

First time at a Subway in about 20 years. I was very pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was great as was service and the place was clean. Also, the rolls were fresh unlike a nearby sandwich shop that I stopped patronizing due to their stale roles. A tip to remember. If your are served toasted rolls or bread, it is because they are stale.

Great chicken bacon ranch subs, 3 footlongs, all with the cheese and herbs bread, 1 with light lettuce, olives, pickles, shredded cheese, salt pepper, Xtra ranch and Xtra Chipotle sauce, & 2 with light lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, jalapeños, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, Xtra ranch, & Xtra Chipotle sauce. Sure was delicious, great friendly service and excellent food and awesome employees.
