The Lazy Surfer is a fun and friendly stop for top quality ice cream in creative flavors (plus the usuals). The Mexican Hot Chocolate and Red Velvet Cake were killer! The shop is adorably beachy, and surrounds a real pharmacy. There's also plenty of whimsical outdoor seating. We'll be back to this gem!
