The Ole Fashion Ice Cream Parlor

Wow doesn't begin describe the experience I had at The Ole Fashion! The owner, Jackie, was there and helped me and my family immediately, she was warm, funny and helped us pick the best flavors. 10/10! I highly recommend to everyone, that is looking for amazing ice cream, and a great, family atmosphere, to just stop in!!

Waited 15 mins just to order and staff did not seem to mind or say a single word.

My husband and I enjoyed banana splits today. Thursday banana splits are half price. They have many good flavors to choose from, too. Peanuts come with it, but my husband chose walnuts instead for a small upcharge. Overall, it was great!

Yum! We got the butter pecan and pralines in a waffle cone. Ah-mazing... And the chocolate raspberry truffle and raspberry vanilla swirl in a waffle cone. Soooo good. Thanks again 🙏

Under new owners since mid-March 2025 and they are so friendly! Super customer service and gotta love Half Price Banana Splits every Thursday all day! They also have Buy One Scoop, Get One Free every Tuesday! The shop is very cute & plenty of room for seating. And ask for the card they stamp so that if you visit 5 times then you get a free ice cream! Look for the red & white striped awning!

We live on 6th South and are local. This ice cream parlor is our go to place. If you are local or a vacation or this is the best ice cream at the best prices on the beach!! They do buy one get one scoop of ice cream on Tuesdays, and half-price banana splits on Thursday. The owner is an absolute awesome guy and they treat you with respect and great customer service. It’s a must when you’re at the beach.!! Wallace and Deborah

The quality of your ice cream experience will depend heavily upon who is doing the scooping. The older guy I believe he is the owner\\manager is stingy with the scoops. Wait for one of the young men\\ladies to do the scooping for you.

Friendly, fast, affordable, and tasty. 🍦 no complaints (recommend: brownie sundae didn’t even last for the photo)
