Stopped by, only two people working. We understood and waited. Asked the cook to send the waitress over and we were told "No, 9 orders ahead" told him I only wanted a drink while I waited. Couldn't even get that so left! Horrible service! Had I had a drink I would have stayed and waited!

Burnt waffles missing hashrounds notice as i got back to room foods to high priced to leave out if the bag. I would rather the order took longer and been correct and not burnt with missing food.dont entirely blame cook as i only seen 1 person on staff overall i wont be back to this location.

Me and my family came in about 9pm on 3/31/2024. We ordered 3 all stars ( 2 with bacon 1 with sausage) and 1 two egg breakfast with bacon and 2 texas cheesesteak melt. When they brought our food, the sausage was undercooked and I asked for it to be cooked a little longer, no attitude, no fussing. Just a simple hey can he cook it a little longer. (Brought back burnt) waffles weren’t cooked fully, still soggy in the middle. The waitresses and the cook kept whispering to each other because I asked a simple question. I do not eat undercooked food

We don't go to Waffle House for atmosphere we go for your delicious waffles. They win hands down for the flavor of their waffles. Also their service can't be beat. Kim waited on us today and she proved once again that their service is always top notch.

Food little crisp. Never had hashbrowns you could pick up with fingers. Bacon on the extra crispy side also.Had to ask for pickles to my chicken deluxe sandwich as well as better lettuce ( piece on plate was bitter part). Waffle was very small and thin, not thick as usual.The food was hot, we were hungry and tired.
