My first experience at The Wooden Spoon was excellent. It’s Greek and Veteran owned. Our server Amber was awesome. Great personality and very attentive. I had Surfsider - 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and bacon or sausage. Pancakes were light and tasty; eggs cooked to perfection. I also got side of home fries which were superb. I will be back and try their lunch/ dinner menu.

Every time I eat here, the food is consistently delicious. Everything is fresh and well made. The specials are always good and there is a wonderful variety on the menu. The staff is warm and welcoming and there owner always comes to check on us. It's my favorite spot!

Stopped by for breakfast as recommended by Westin, who we met at the Carolina Opry Christmas Show. If you're ever in Surfside SC stop at the Wooden Spoon Eatery! Can you tell we loved our breakfast? We split Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, and home fries. The owner came out and checked on every table. A+ all the way!

This is just the best service I’ve almost ever had at a restaurant and I’ve only ever done takeout orders. I highly recommend this place do come here and enjoy the vibes.

Came with a large family group and was warmly greeted by multiple staff members. Unfortunately the only place we could fit was next to the kitchen and restrooms. The staff went out of their way to sing happy birthday to our son! We loved the Benedicts, grits and french toast. The staff were so incredibly friendly - would highly recommend!

My wife and I ate here on Sunday afternoon and she had breakfast and I had lunch ! Her breakfast was delicious and my cheeseburger deluxe was good as well . The only thing about my sandwich was the bread kept falling apart but I didn’t say anything! My fault . But I did enjoy my meal even so . This was our first visit to the Wooden Spoon Eatery . We shall try to eat here again next year when we come down to the beach . Thanks Wayne

We came here for breakfast on our last day of vacation and unfortunately, we probably won’t be back on our next visit.
We ordered 2 Belgium Waffles with strawberry & banana (1 with chocolate syrup, 1 with caramel syrup added), a side of two eggs, and the eggs “any way you want them”. We asked for napkins when our plates were brought out, and didn’t get them until about half way through our meal when I also realized I hadn’t got the side of eggs. The food was okay at best, and we weren’t really impressed.
We appreciate the time, but it just wasn’t our cup of tea and not worth over $50.
