This was rough, I was from out of town and normally highly enjoy Carl's Jr or Hardees... but man... between the bathroom being a wreck, tables dirty, frys pretty cold coming out... dry burger and soda station blasted out all over my hand... I'm only giving 3 stars due to the very professional and polite staff.

After paying for my food, I had to wait 15 minutes before I was served. Well, they forgot how many burgers. So, I had to wait an additional 8 minutes. 23-minute drive thru. Everyone had to park and wait. Guess what... it was dead. It's not like they were busy.... 9pm. Whoever owns that particular restaurant should be ashamed... I'm ashamed. How pathetic our workforce is. In the next decade, this country is in for a rude awakening... sorry rant over..... 23 effin minutes. In the drive thru like Jordan.... -MMB

The service sucked took 45 minutes to get food and we went into order people were walking out because they couldn't get waited on the drive through line was long and it was taken a long time for people to get their food.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Sat in the drivethru for 30+ mins after ordering a mobile order. No reason it should take this long.

They never get ur order right. When I went in from the drive-thru to get my order right. The whole team came up front, and they got upset and blamed me completely. I felt like I was being attacked. They wanted to argue about the order. There is no customer satisfaction here. Needless to say, I'll never go back. I'll spend my money where else where. Where i'm appreciated and I'm happy with my order. I drove off and they still didn't have my order right owing me a drink.

Place an online order. Arrive 15 min after the time it’s supposed to be ready. (Because nothing happens here in a reasonable amount of time) Only to find the receipt was put up where they bag the food but nothing was done beyond that. Wasn’t even remotely busy. There is no work around. You come to this Hardee’s you will be waiting way longer than you should. Every time. Period. Literally the worst Hardee’s in existence. Absolute embarrassment to the brand. Shut it down and let someone else come in that maybe halfway knows how to run a business.
