their manager mrs.lisa/ivy is incredibly rude and inconsiderate to her employees. i’ve known people who have worked there and quit because she CANNOT manage a store. i have had a rude smart mouth interaction with her everytime i have visited him his location. this is becoming ridiculous. due to her she has customers waiting for 30+ minutes. the way she talks to her employees made my jaw drop she would probably be able to keep a staff if she could speak to these people a little better. and for the guy who took my order i think his name was alex or something close to that you are amazing and kind and dealt with the difficult customers and difficult manager very well. maybe they should rethink her and start thinking about him.

Is this place closing down? They had no chicken cooked, the fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. A full staff but alot of standing around going on. Never saw a manager.

This was rough, I was from out of town and normally highly enjoy Carl's Jr or Hardees... but man... between the bathroom being a wreck, tables dirty, frys pretty cold coming out... dry burger and soda station blasted out all over my hand... I'm only giving 3 stars due to the very professional and polite staff.

After paying for my food, I had to wait 15 minutes before I was served. Well, they forgot how many burgers. So, I had to wait an additional 8 minutes. 23-minute drive thru. Everyone had to park and wait. Guess what... it was dead. It's not like they were busy.... 9pm. Whoever owns that particular restaurant should be ashamed... I'm ashamed. How pathetic our workforce is. In the next decade, this country is in for a rude awakening... sorry rant over..... 23 effin minutes. In the drive thru like Jordan.... -MMB
After having eaten in restaurants for 8 straight days, we met the happiest and most generous staff here. Had just driven 10 hours and what a pick me up they provided. Bless them.

The service sucked took 45 minutes to get food and we went into order people were walking out because they couldn't get waited on the drive through line was long and it was taken a long time for people to get their food.
