I just want to give Jasmine at the Swansea location a shout out . That poor girl was handling the whole dining room by herself with no help. I felt so bad for her. At one point I got up to ask the three guys standing up front behind the counter for silverware and to help her get our drinks. (Our food had already came ) and they said she will get it in a bit. I’m baffled that absolutely no one was helping her. She deserves a raise and I certainly hope you guys value her. It’s been like the last two times we’ve been in there. Just made me sad she was running all over the place, yet three people standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. Give Jasmine a great Christmas gift this year. SHE DESERVES it!

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a cheese cheesy breadsticks and my order was completely wrong. That is why that place is going downhill faster than you ever think . Used to be a good place to go eat pizza but not anymore. And also there was pizza dough on the counter and handing place over the pizza dough with no cover. Not a very sanitized place to eat. Throw my order in the trash. I will never go back

The location in Johnston is terrible we were hoping the third time would be a charm but that's a big NO the first time we got a pizza and it was ok not worth the money so my wife talked me into trying a second time and the order was screwed up had to drive all the way back there and the pizza was barely fair now for today got an ultimate salad chicken was heated in a microwave a lot of the lettuce was spoiled and the super sub only had ham and turkey we never have got what has been shown on the menu something is always left out whether it on a pizza sub or salad

Was very disappointed with my visit today 8/1/25,the service was terrible, ordered a appetizer and it sit in window for more than 5 minutes, none of the employees were wearing hats or hair nets while working with the food, we were the only ones in restaurant, employees were in back with not so nice words coming out of their mouths

We picked our order up we ordered 2 loaded Philly cheese steak and they were awesome, we also ordered dessert, NY style cheesecake 4.59 and a strawberry cheesecake 5.59...I was very disappointed in the size piece we were served. The total order was over 60.00

Hit or miss with this restaurant, I called 3 times on 7-16-2025, each time the phone picked up and music began playing, I listened for 26 minutes. Ordered lasagna, but they were out, ordered chicken Parmesan instead, and a creamy chicken Alfredo. Chicken was burnt up on Chicken Parmesan, could not eat. Also again ordered a salad, but again never received it. Many times I have ordered and about half of the time the food has been awesome. The other times at least it was edible. No More, Good Bye Paparonis. I posted pics of the Chicken Parmesan on their web site, they are the last pictures .

Went inside to eat and there were flies everywhere. My waitress left in the middle of serving me and they overcharged my card. I tipped $7 in cash and they took $7 off my card as well and they weren't supposed to do that.
