The pizzeria in Swansea is awesome!! The food is amazing, staff are very friendly and it’s not going to break the bank like other places! We have family come from Lexington just to buy pizza from them!!

The worst service i have EVER received. All the waitress did was take our order. Not to mention we asked for sweet tea for our child - she said she has put it up. @8 o’clock. Towards the end of our meal, one of the cooks came to fill their drink up and the waitress happily got the sweet tea for him.
The waitress was rude and unreliable. Food order was wrong but she set our plates down and never checked on us again.
We were there two hours before closing. There was no excuse for such poor quality in service.

I ate here not too long ago, and yes this is the same experience as the other review if you saw it. I didn’t want to write a review, but I’m just peeved still thinking about it. First of all, our waitress was young, so I tried not to hold anything against her because I remember being anxious at my first job. After sitting down, we waited over 10 mins to even be acknowledged by the waitress who was in the corner talking to family (i assume). She brought us menus and didn’t say a word to us. She didn’t come back until another 10 mins later, and tried to ask us our food order. We reminded her that we needed drinks, and they were given to us. We ordered appetizers and told her we needed more time to order our food. After placing the order, we waited even longer. Someone from the kitchen had to come back and ask us to repeat certain items on the order. Told us they “don’t have” the sub we ordered (if you don’t have it, update your menus please). Our appetizers came out at the same time as our entrees. Before our food was even finished being brought, our tickets/bills were brought out. This was when I realized that, despite being the first to order, my entree and salad were left off the order entirely. I asked for it to be made to go, it was not. After taking and having him repeat his order 3 times, my husbands food was still prepared wrong. We didn’t get a single refill the entire dinner. Throughout the dinner, instead of tending to customers (not just us, but everyone else who was dining), the waitress was steady talking to two young girls (presumably friends) in the corner who had taken the spot of her (i assume family) who left. Our pizza that we ordered to go, and was on the ticket, was somehow lost and didn’t get made until after we had paid and gotten ready to leave. I saw the girl talking to a manager or older coworker about us (they were both looking at us) yet we received no compensation or even a discount for any of this. The cherry on top is that as soon as we paid, the waitress went to the front and grabbed our receipts to check if we tipped. The crazy part, is that they were basically dead. Only two tables in the restaurant had customers seated at them. Train your staff better. If this was her first day, then my anger is directed at management who didn’t train or help her. Food is as good as ever, I’ll only be doing take out. Its a shame, this is where my husband and I had our first date and it was great back then. Really gone downhill.

I love the food, I’ve been eating here for years now but the service is just really bad 😭 our waitress was really rude to us and the other people in the restaurant but she was like the only one working a full restaurant. She also grabbed our receipts to check if we tipped her (I left a dollar but she forgot half of our order and was very rude, walked away while we were talking to her, etc) the service has gotten so much worse over the years. I’ll only order to-go/pick up from now on, sorry

We ordered online, the delivery took longer than anticipated and there was no ETA so we called. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and told us it would be there soon and to call if there was any issue with the order when it arrived. When it arrived, one of our pizzas was missing. When we called the second time, the person apologized profusely as it had been left behind and said he would get it to us as soon as he could. 2 minutes later our pizza was at the door. It was a large order, so I absolutely do not hold it against them. The service was phenomenal and only comes in second to the food. Hands down the best American/Italian in the area.

When I have ordered here, in the past, I haven't had an issue. Tonight for some reason, tonight was not that type of night. Tonight the house salad that I ordered a good majority of my spinach was refrigerated burnt, and I did not get the strawberries that I ordered. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that who ever put my salad together didn't noticed the condition of the spinach. That they just did a half as job.

This place is always good however imagine my shock at paying $45 for lunch. We ordered our usual pizza and wings which is normally a special and normally $26. They no longer have this special but instead offer $5 off any large pizza and 12 wings. Got the check and 12 wings cost us $18.99. I have never paid $18.99 for 12 wings. I’ll be back for the pizza but ya’ll can keep the wings.
