I went to the Swansea location. I had some time to kill waiting for a kid's birthday party to be over so I stopped here for a bite. The staff was very kind and helpful. My calzone was yummy.

This is the second time in a row that we’ve ordered a Greek Stromboli and when we got home with it the dough was raw on the inside. The first time it happened we thought it was because they had made it wrong and had to remake it while my husband was sitting there waiting. This time I was already upset because they did not put my onion rings in the bag and when I called to tell them about it all they would offer was to either have me come pick them back up or to take them off my bill. If they didn’t have a delivery service I would have understood that but they do and refused to deliver them to me. So you can imagine how I felt when I cut open my Stromboli only to find raw dough for the second time. Second call, spoke with the manager, they would take the Stromboli off the bill as well. Nothing was offered extra to satisfy the situation that now I sit here with no dinner. A refund wasn’t a compensation it’s what I should have been given. There were a lot of different ways that it could have been handled differently to make a happy customer. Instead I will find something to eat after I finish this review.

Dined at Papa Roni’s today for the first time. Our pizza and garlic knits were excellent. The staff was so friendly, and the service was great. The building is very attractive, too. An all around great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We went in to the Swansea location tonight and had garlic knots, chicken wings and pizza. OMG it was so delicious....especially the Chicken Alfredo pizza. Our waitress was amazing and so helpful for our 1st time coming in. I have been looking for good garlic knots for over 5 years and most places dont know what they are.....Paparoni's are so delicious! Highly recommend and our new go to location!!!

Used to eat here nearly once a week. Today was the last time. The last 5 or 6 times I have ordered take out, there has been items left off the order. From the fries that go with the burger to the dressing for the salad.

Definitely the best pizza in the area (we’re rural so there isn’t much to pick from). We tried their salads and burgers and they were not very good sadly. If you want great pizza, I highly recommend them. Service is always good. Atmosphere isn’t much. It’s an old building (which I love) but it’s pretty dark and very dated inside. They don’t have a parking lot, you’ll have to parallel park in one of the spots out front.
