Ordered online and still had to wait once I got there. Then they were out of bacon so the employee used roast beef on my club instead. I didn't want it but she said that she would be unable to refund me for the bacon until a manager came in later so I had to take it. Messed my sandwich up. Bad experience.

Terrible, absolutely terrible, they couldn't make a single sandwich without we don't have that coming out of their mouths, on top of that I got a ft long tuna with 2 small scoops of tuna on the whole sub the "sandwich artist" told her helper to "just spread it out" as if I wouldn't notice that I just received a bread sandwich. I was not given a receipt, but I was given a terrible attitude from her. It's safe to say I did not "eat fresh" and paid 16 dollars for 2 pieces of bread and a bad experience.

It's OK, certainly not ur typical sub from WNY, U wouldn't believe it of I had a picture.
Friendly you could tell the young man was still learning. Only complaint is that he needed to slow down pay attention to what customer is saying. We asked for provolone he started with the cheese in shaker.

Girl was literally eating pickles while waiting on my sub in the toaster. Boy was sweeping the floors and came behind the counter and immediately put gloves on to start our subs. Disgusting!
