This Bojangles just needs help. The service was terrible & exceptionally slow. The food was just ok. It simply doesn't stand up to the quality of other Bojangles restaurants. I cannot recommend this particular Bojangles to anyone.

Always have to check the bag to make sure they put everything in there. The last 3 times I've gone to this location, they've left stuff out. When I brought it to their attention, there was attitude and it seemed to be an inconvenience to them.

Huge let down from my chicken supremes combo. Chicken was like flavorless rubber, fries were mushy and cold, biscuit was hard as a rock. Sweet tea was fine.
Crispy and juicy, this was not. Not at all how it *should be*
I know it’s fast food, but this was awful. I won’t return to this Bojangles location.
