Mismanagement and/or bad employees. This place has gotten worst. Very long drive thru lines at the speaker. They are intentionally not taking orders in advance. There are not cars backed up from drive thru window to speaker. They used tactics to move customers ahead of drive thru windows to wait on food so system doesn’t detect they are being very slow. They do slow orders because it deters ppl from coming to this place so they can have an easy lazy work load.

My husband drove up there to grab us something to eat for dinner when he got back with our food. My chicken sandwich had the end of the barrel lettuce on it, which was absolutely disgusting. It was the end of the lettuce when I went to take a bite, it almost broke my tooth. Very disgusting.

I HATE this place!! I ONLY keep giving them another chance because of my grandbabies, but that's about to change NO DOUBT!! I am SO TIRED of my chicken nuggets looking like this every time!! But u try YET AGAIN, hoping this time just MIGHT be different. Why do they think someone wants to eat junk like this or give it to their grandbabies . They look like they're at least a day old. Is Burger King so broke that they have to keep selling terribly old chicken nuggets?!?! You guys SHOULD BE ASHAMED of yourself! Drive thru or dine in SHOULD get the same quality of food, but that doesn't happen! They keep passing off all of the nasty old food to people at the drive-thru when it should be in the trash!! ???

Read this before eating at this Burger King location. I used to dine at this Burger King every once in a while, but after I heard what shenanigans that happen in the kitchen, not anymore! They don't wash their hands, they don't wear gloves, they don't cook their food all the way through, and much more madness. Please do not eat here if you don't want to get sick, it's terrible here. But I mean, what can you expect from a Gas Station Fast Food Store?
