This Burger King is only a last resort at my house the people there are mostly disrespectful and rude. The food almost always sucks. Honestly this Burger King needs a whole new staff or to just be shutdown…

I HATE this place!! I ONLY keep giving them another chance because of my grandbabies, but that's about to change NO DOUBT!! I am SO TIRED of my chicken nuggets looking like this every time!! But u try YET AGAIN, hoping this time just MIGHT be different. Why do they think someone wants to eat junk like this or give it to their grandbabies . They look like they're at least a day old. Is Burger King so broke that they have to keep selling terribly old chicken nuggets?!?! You guys SHOULD BE ASHAMED of yourself! Drive thru or dine in SHOULD get the same quality of food, but that doesn't happen! They keep passing off all of the nasty old food to people at the drive-thru when it should be in the trash!! ???

We've been going through the drive through for a couple years. Most of the time they are very fast and the order correct. Every once in a while a cold burger. This time we went in for the first time. The ladies in there were fast and efficient, with a good attitude and friendly smile. That's unusual these days. She even gave me the opportunity to up size, small, medium, or large. Most places just upgrade without asking. The food was hot and fresh so it was a good experience this time. I'll certainly be back to this location inside. Of course the ambiance is your typical BK decor with king hats sitting around. Maybe the kids will love wearing one of these to be entertained.

Read this before eating at this Burger King location. I used to dine at this Burger King every once in a while, but after I heard what shenanigans that happen in the kitchen, not anymore! They don't wash their hands, they don't wear gloves, they don't cook their food all the way through, and much more madness. Please do not eat here if you don't want to get sick, it's terrible here. But I mean, what can you expect from a Gas Station Fast Food Store?

I do not understand all of the the negative reviews. I have always had a helpful, satisfying and friendly experience at the Locust Hill Burger King. Great staff and Great customer service.

Gas station Burger King. Little slow on drive thru. Decent employees doing their best but understaffed.
I haven't eaten at this Burger King in bout 2yrs cuz the last time I ate there I got HAIR in my food. I decided to try it again and low and behold I got HAIR in my food again. I tried reaching the store to complain but the number on the website sent me to a fax number. I tried calling corp. about it but got no where. Don't eat at this Burger King unless you like hair in your food!

I understand that everything is more expensive now however I was just charged $2.04 for an ice water at the drive-thru and when questions the guy just kind of looked at me and laughed I don't think I'll be patronizing this Burger King ever again

I have always had a problem with this burger king. They never cease to have me pull forward and wait on my food at the drive-thru. Given it's not a very long wait, it's still await. Staff always looks at me like they have a problem with me. And I had planned on continuing to visit this place until two nights ago. I ate a chicken sandwich and my husband ate a Whopper. We both got FOOD POISONING. Which doesnt come as a surprise when this place is always gross and sticky (my reason for using drive-thru). We were literally up all night Monday night. I'll spare you the Gory details but I just got better. This place should be shut down, or the staff should be more properly trained in food service and handling.

The sign says open until 12am but that is untrue as I was at the drive thru at 11:57pm and was notified they were closed. I had to settle for a turkey and cheese sandwich from Spinx which I purchased at 11:59pm. Less than honest.
