Worst company in existence. Horrible food from all of their locations. Never sufficient parking. Drive through is always blocking trafic to other buisnesses. No idea how they are even still in buisness. No clue how people are still.dumb enough to go through that trafic nightmare for off flavored basic chicken. You want a chicken sandwitch? Go to wendies they actually make good food.

hi so would it kill yall to make the parking space where you wait for your food even a little bit bigger. i drive a 4runner that is not big in the slightest and ive almost scratched it every single time trying to navigate backing out.
I came to the drive-thru tonight at around 7:20pm. My order was taken by Rachel, Rachel you are an angel and I appreciate your kindness so much. I appreciate you seeing whatever you saw in me and taking the time to pray for my daughter. I hope your manager sees this and acknowledges you. Writing the review while im in the store no one has approached me to asked what I need and been standing in the same spot for over 5 minutes
I will never waste my money at this cfa again! This place is a joke & food is very mediocre! Went here one morning for a chicken minis meal, my chicken was undercooked it was very hard and still pink. After noticing this issue I called & they stated they would replace my meal whenever I get a chance to come back. I went back the next morning before work, not only did they try to charge me again after offering to replace my meal, they stated they would only consider replacing just the minis which is ridiculous. Any other cfa would’ve just remade the whole meal. Not to mention I could’ve caught food poisoning due to this or any type of bacteria like salmonella, I wouldn’t give this place another penny from me. Go to a better quality cfa that actually follow the CDC guidelines.

Love this location and service. I will say that we have almost been driven off by their employee, Elijah, though. This young man is an employer, but they are allowing him to walk around the dining area and just “hang out” speaking with people instead of working. This makes dining in super uncomfortable when you cannot get him to leave your table because he is quite the talker, and speaks at a volume that is SUPER uncomfortable. Surely someone can keep him focused on work and away from customers so everyone can enjoy their meal!

i HATE that we can’t look at the menu anymore. the last few times we’ve been by we have missed specials and new items because the team is coming 6 cars past the menu to take orders. what if i’ve never been here before? i understand it’s to get a head start with the orders but seriously i would enjoy looking at the menu for once. it’s honestly a little aggressive that we’re forced to order with no menu. we just had to park because of course someone came up to us wayyyy ahead of the menu. so we parked to look at the menu on our phones and guess what? the peppermint special is going on right now and we had NO IDEA because guess what again? WE HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO LOOK AT THE MENU IN YEARS. like seriously give people a chance. i never try anything new from here and ive stuck to my same order ive had since MIDDLE SCHOOL because i NEVER GET TO LOOK AT THE MENU TO TRY ANYTHING ELSE.

Ask for my Chick-fil-A sandwich to be well done. Man behind the counter says they no longer do that. Which is surprising to me because I go into different locations throughout the month and don’t have a problem getting it well done. The man said that they stopped doing that a year and a half ago. No explanation as to why. That’s just BS. I like my #1 extra crispy. I don’t always get to my sandwich within the first few minutes, so the crispy outer layer tends to soften up.
